Catie’s place was super convenient for our activities! Having two king beds, each with their own bathrooms, worked out so well. Everything was comfortable—a good bed with soft linens and good shower pressure are always appreciated! We were busy, but wish we had more downtime to enjoy the place and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a special family event and Jonathan’s place was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and clean. The living room and kitchen area is open and the entire place looked professionally decorated. Jonathan was also a very responsive host.

Amazing stay in Raleigh!! If you’re looking for a stunning pool and beautiful space this is perfect! She was very attentive and you can just tell she loves her space she has created. We loved it all, heating the pool was the best decision:)

Alex was a great host! The space was amazing very clean and the pool was perfect! Loved the tv on the back patio! Even provided fire wood, there were pool toys and floaties. Everything you could need was there!

The condo was wonderful. Our family of 5 was spaced out and plenty of room. It was comfortable and very accommodating. Would stay there again in the future.

Lowell was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood with partial lake views.

House was immaculate, neighborhood was gorgeous… easy to get to…. The pool was nice but we got kicked out but the HOA president and police (we were not loud or anything- our kids just wanted to swim and it was later in the day and the cops said a party earlier in the day was too loud so the pool would be closed the rest of the day, sounded like bs but we left without a problem). Overall it was nice.

Start to finish this was the best AirBnb experiences my family and I have ever had. Amazing setup, perfect communication and an all around perfect experience. Thank you to our hosts for the effort put into this truly one of a kind gem! We will 100 percent stay again!

While this is a few minutes off I-95, it still made for a nice quiet stop. This beats a crowded hotel anytime you are traveling with the family.

We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space for couples traveling together or families. Easy access to 1-95, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Great location. I will say the kitchen was sparsely furnished. If you plan to do a lot of cooking ( which we didn’t do), you might need a few more kitchen items. Having said that I feel sure Marilyn would have taken care of your needs quickly. We would definitely recommend this home.

Great place!

Everything was amazing. She thought of everything- pet dishes( we didn’t have pets), booster seat, outdoor play set. We loved the outdoor furniture for relaxing and resting. Sara was quick to reply to messages and made the house rules clear. Our party of 5 adults had more than enough room and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Sara really did have everything one might need while staying there. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very comfortable and clean home! We enjoyed the pool table, board games and relaxing spaces to just hangout and talk! Traffic was easy to navigate to and from Fort Bragg. I hope to stay here again when I visit my soldier in the fall.

Jason's place was ideal for our needs. Responsive with any questions we had and friendly. Incredible area for our pups to get rid of the zoomies and even visit the local chickens! Peaceful country setting (although an occasional passerby might have loud exhaust pipes) where you can step out back and see the stars. Everything was comfortable, especially the master bedroom and bath. The shower needs to have it's own rating! Definitely recommend and will keep on our return visit list if it's available.

We chose this location for our annual fishing trip to Jordan Lake as it's very convenient very close to the New Hope Boat ramp. It had plenty of room to accommodate the truck and boat and the grounds were well-lit after dark. Inside was quaint and just right for our needs.

Great space! We spent a weekend at the Cozy Compound while in town for a wedding! The place is wonderful and just as described. All areas were spotless, towels and linens were nice, beds comfortable and well appointed kitchens! We had extended family together enjoying the large yard, lovely back porch and fun yard games and even toys and books for the little ones! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! Darren was a great responsive host. The house was sweet and comfortable with a great bed. Neighborhood is safe and tidy. The house is really great for a long term stay and had good amenities. My dog enjoyed the back yard. Good access to town and restaurants. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat
