A perfect little bolthole for a break in our long journey. Easy to find and really central just off the High Street - also free parking nearby. Flat was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a super meal out and also seeing the band and horses out for the Thursday Night Chase, part of the Common Riding. Very much recommend Neil’s place - superb value.

We had a brilliant stay at Erin’s place in Melrose. The accommodation although small was well laid out and made the best use of space, it was also very stylish. The location couldn’t be better ideal for exploring Melrose. When I messaged Erin about bringing our dogs etc she was very responsive, the perfect host. Thanks again and would definitely stay here again

Beautiful and comfortable wee cottage with everything you need for a nice stay. The real coal fire was especially welcome in the very rainy Scottish June weather. We had everything we needed. Only comment is you do need transport as it’s a little out of the way. Not a problem for us as we were going to the Motor Show in Lauder. Communication was helpful and very efficient prior to getting there and led us directly to our cottage. Thanks for a lovely stay. We wished we had booked it for longer!! The McBeath family

Flat was spotlessly clean, everything that you need and Marc was very easy to deal with. Only recommendation I would make is that the mattress could do with being upgraded. Everything else was perfect 👌
