New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

You have your own entrance, bedroom, private kitchen/living room and bathroom, and lovely large south facing terrace for cozy and barbecue. You'll love the great location and nature right outside the door. The place invites tranquility and cozy moments and is child-friendly with a small playground that can be used. Wake up to birdsong, pheasants, hares, and maybe deer in the garden. April 2024, ferry prices have become very cheap.

The annex is located in our garden, directly down to the water. You can just walk down the stairs and take a dip! Or take a stroll in our orchard and forest, greet our Scottish highland cattle and enjoy the view on all sides - we live on a peninsula - dragin. It is a scenic area with forest, beach and bird life.
