New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to our own jetty. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Cozy apartment in basement with own private entrance. All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. 2.5 km from Karlstad city center, 200 meters to bus. Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

A home where you take care of yourself and can enjoy the tranquility and nice views. Good lake system for SUP or boat and excellent hiking opportunities in the forests around. Fully equipped cottage where you can burn in the fireplace inside or light a fire by the barbecue area that is undisturbed from other neighbors. For the largest nature experience you can use the boat that is included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the leafy canals right around the corner. 10 min from the shopping center.

Relax in this peaceful home in a manor setting. Liljan is a nice little cottage that can be suitable for a family with children, but we have also often had older couples staying here. The cottage is located on the outskirts of the farm, secluded with large green areas around, yet with proximity to the two wing buildings. Swimming, hiking trail and culture trail around the corner. Down by the guest harbor, live music is played every Wednesday during the summer and there is also the Glassworks and Liljedals Beach Club.

In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

Dream house near the lake with its own jacuzzi

This newly built unique home, my home, is in the heart of Värmland. Stunning views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Big wooden deck with own jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the garden that you have to walk through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowing boat by the lake that you can use freely. The boats are a little worn but work. Good fishing.

Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska. We only stayed for a week in the nice house surrounded by beautiful trees in the middle of nature, we immediately felt completely at home there! The house was sparkling clean and everything was there. The garden is very beautiful and the fire pit is beautiful, we ate there many times. Nearby (about 10 minutes walk) is a beautiful lake (bay of the large Vänermeer) where we often sailed by Tomas boat. You can also fish well from the jetty. We spotted another herd of deer nearby. The owners Tomas and Caroline have been very welcoming and helpful to us. We got good information about everything (for example about hiking routes nearby). We immediately had a clear answer to a question. They are wonderful hosts and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Liljedal. It was perfect for visiting y family, peaceful, lovely walks, great little cafe on quay. We had to collect our car the day after our arrival as our train was delayed and Jacqueline very kindly took us to the car hire centre. She responded to any queries immediately and went above and beyond in helping us. We would love to return at some point.

We had a very nice stay. The terrace and the garden with water views are a dream. The house was very clean and cozy, only the expected double bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together and not so comfortable. There are a couple of nice hiking trails in the surrounding area. We also very much enjoyed using the canoe. Our excursion highlight was the idyllic Hamnholmarna. The hosts Stefan and Marie are very nice and helpful.

This place is an absolute dream. You truly feel surrounded by nature – peaceful, quiet, and completely grounding. And yet, the house offers every imaginable comfort and luxury in a subtle, tasteful way. The architecture is beautiful, modern, and perfectly integrated into the landscape. Every corner of the house is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. Daniel and his father went above and beyond to make our stay perfect – and we’re truly grateful for that.
