Cannot rate Nikolas and his villa highly enough. It’s absolutely beautiful, in a stunning location with only the sound of nature in the distance. The villa was impeccably clean and well presented and immediately felt like home. The views of the mountains from the top of the olive groves provides views that you could never tire of! Nikolas was brilliant from the start, was incredibly responsive throughout and even helped us out with restaurant recommendations when we asked, even calling them himself to check they were open. He knew we were coming for my birthday and he even got a local cake for it - incredibly thoughtful of him, and added an extra special touch. We cannot wait to come back, thank you again Nikolas for everything.

Excellent host and good communication. We really enjoyed this place. Plenty of space and nicely decorated, with a unique vibe. Being able to breakfast with a unique view on the sea. semi private beach, outdoor shower...would have loved to extend our stay...you will not regret this experience...warmly recommended

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung wenn man eine ruhige und authentische Unterkunft sucht. Die Unterkunft liegt 500 Meter vom nächsten Supermarkt und dem Vrachos Beach entfernt. Der Strand direkt vor der Unterkunft ist fast ein „privat Strand“, einfach traumhaft. An den Strandabschnitt gelangen nur die Besucher und Anwohner der wenigen umliegenden Häuser, zu unserer Zeit waren wir immer ganz alleine. Traumhaft! Und der Ausblick von den zwei Balkonen ist wunderschön! Die Gastgeber, die Eltern von Elli, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, meist vor Ort und exzellente Gastgeber. Bei unserer Anreise war die Kaffeemaschine defekt, am nächsten Tag hatten wir eine neue. Wäsche kann vor Ort gewaschen und im Garten getrocknet werden. Für uns war der Aufenthalt perfekt. Der Acheron, Preveza und der Ambrakische Golf, sowie viele sehr interessante Ausgrabungen und antiken Stätten sind schnell und gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

The best view in town!! With an infinity pool that looks over Gaois and boasts an incredible sunrise you are sure not to miss this spot. With that comes a very steep ascent to the house so would recommend an automatic car or a confident driver. Otherwise simple (and worth it). Andreas was an attentive host and the outside space is what sells this space. Very easy to explore the island after a morning relaxing but the pool. Andreas will be sure to give you lots of local recs. we will be back

Everything was perfect, Makis and Roula were such great hosts. There was constant communication and Makis picked us up from the port and was so friendly. It was our honeymoon and they had gone above and beyond and bought us some food and a cake to celebrate our marriage! There was a storm during our stay and we were unsure whether we would be able to leave antipaxos and Makis helped us make a back up plan to stay extra days had the storm not allow us to make the crossing back. The villa and surroundings are beautiful, even better than the photos! Would recommend villa stamateli to anyone, we are so excited to return some day. Thank you!

The house is very nice and enough spacious for 6 people and 4 children (2 babies and 2 kids who are 3 and 5 years old). The beach below the house is very close and it is nice, with cristal clear water. The owners are discreet, we practically didn't see them for 10 days. There are a few things that could be better, though: undermatresses are made of polyester which makes bedsheets slippery; None of the taps in the showers is not working, which makes washing babies when changing diapers a bit complicated; The door handles are difficult to open and should be changed; The air-conditionin in the living room was broken (the water drops all the time) and the owner said the electrician would come tomorrow, but it didn't happen, so we didn't use it. Overall, a nice experience, with few things I would change.

Nowoczesna willa ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. W środku bardzo czysto i jest wszystko co potrzeba. Teren na zewnątrz pięknie zadbany. Ładna okolica, spokojna. Można iść drogą do góry i podziwiać piękne widoki oraz grecki klimat górskiej wioski. Miły gospodarz. Do Nidri pieszo można zejść, ale nie jest wcale tak blisko jak w opisie. Jednak gdy ma się do dyspozycji samochód, to jest to kilka minut. Zresztą samochód to konieczność na Lefkadzie, bo bez niego nie zobaczy się wszystkich ładnych miejsc.

The house was very beautiful, fully equipped, very clean in a peaceful and private area with a great view. the bed was very comfortable and in general it is a listing that can be recommended for longer stays.the host was super friendly, kind, flexible and responsive and gave us many recommendations for all around the island. perfect stay in general, nothing negative to say! thank you!

We stayed at the main villa for 4 days. There are amazing ocean views from all angels. The villa is modern and luxurious with a huge terrace on the top floor as well as a big balcony on the lower floor. There is also another separate two bed room apartment in the same building but luckily nobody was staying there so we had the whole place to ourselves The host, Sakis was lovely and so helpful. We had some trouble with the hotvwater and he quickly organised a plumber to resolve. The villa is a short walk to the town with shops and restaurants, although being on a cliff, it is a steep walk up and down.. We could easily find parking spots in town, and the villa also had four private parking spots. We had a private walk down to the ocean to swim from the rocks. These are steep steps so not suitable for elderly We loved the pool area with additional facilities, laundry and small kitchen. We highly recommend Villa Oikos. We all had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back again.

we had the pleasure and luck to find and enjoy this gem of Villa for our stay in Sivota. we have been greated by our amazing host , Barbara who was exceptional. herself, together with Anna ( whom helped us book the villa) ensures we had everything we needed. the place is truly a gem and very close to sivota place. the experience for the 7 days was outstanding,we felt so relaxed really welcomed. warm and cozy villa, well structured with a lot of outside and inside sitting place. i would recommend this to anyone that wants to truly enjoy quality time with friends and family. for us , it was pure gold. thank you Barbara and Anna for being such amazing hosts:)

Ioanna’s place was perfect location, on the cliff looking over the beautiful ocean just 5 min drive from Gaios. There was a semi-private bay at the bottom and the house was more than large enough for 6. She was very helpful in coordinating our cars and 2 boat days as well. The kitchens were a little poorly stocked which made it slightly challenging when cooking for 6 but we still made it work. One of the bathrooms also had a broken shower curtain but again it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the stay was lovely and Ionna was very helpful.

Beautiful and well appointed villa. Stunning views, photos don’t do it justice. Kitchen well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Welcome basket on arrival. Enjoyed having a regular cleaning service. Pool beautifully clean and exceptional poolside furniture. 10 minutes drive from the bay and it’s shops and restaurants. Erez was a superb host. Exceptionally responsive. small issue with the water on occasion, which was quickly rectified. Only other issue was the road up to the villa is steep and would recommend a sturdy car.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana dopo un lungo viaggio in macchina attraverso l'Albania. Arrivare nella villa è stato come un premio di relax, pulizia e comodità. Abbiamo apprezzato il silenzio, il rumore del mare, il tramonto e le stelle. Dalla villa c'è un accesso diretto al mare, puoi svegliare il tuo corpo direttamente nell'acqua marina e tornare per fare la colazione sulla veranda. La zona è estremamente tranquilla, poche persone sulle spiagge anche in pieno agosto e diversi posti molto belli a pochi km di distanza. L'isola di Lefkada, a parte il traffico dovuto ai lavori stradali ed al ponte levatoio, è a meno di un'ora di automobile ma ci sono altre località molto belle da visitare sul continente. L'Host è disponibile ed efficiente ed è sempre pronta ad aiutare per consigli o per risolvere eventuali problemi che possano capitare, come purtroppo accaduto a noi. Una vera oasi di relax.

Magical villa. Exactly as described. Almost unbelievably beautiful. Perfect for a family trip.

The villa was stunning just like the photos and finished to an incredibly high spec. Beautifully furnished with a clean , crisp and stylish edge.The villa is on a hill overlooking Sivota Bay and other islands and the view is truly breathtaking. The outside BBQ and seating area was large and provided shade from the sun. It was hot while we were here but the air conditioning inside was super efficient and provided the perfect temperature. Paul the host gave great instruction how to get to the villa and was on hand if we needed anything. The road to the villa, and in fact all the accommodation on the hill above Sivota , is windy and steep in places and takes about 10 minutes to drive from Sivota . Sivota itself is charming with lovely restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

This villa and its stunning grounds have instantly become one of my favorite places in the world. From the moment we entered the property we were truly amazed. The view over the pool to Gaios below and beyond to the mainland is not to be missed. The house is completely modern and beautifully furnished and outside there are more balconies and patios than you can even use. Flowering plants and ancient olive trees grace the stonework that surrounds you. Expert care has been taken to provide privacy so you are hidden from the world as you gaze out over it. Below the entrance gate lies a magical little goat trail meandering down to town. There was nothing about our time here we didn’t love. It was what I had dreamt of. Truly an incredible experience.

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

Marios was a great host. We loved the property and will certainly come back.

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

Das Haus von Stathis ist fantastisch. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, toll war auch die Zwischenreinigung. Das Haus ist stilvoll renoviert, man fühlt sich wie im Neubau. Eine wunderbarer Ausblick auf das Meer und die Hügel der Umgebung. Das kleine Bergdorf hat eine traditionelle Taverne und ein Café, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt, wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir haben 3 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Giorgios verbracht. Die Lage ist herrlich, toller Blick und die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders den Grill haben wir zu schätzen gewusst. Giorgios war immer ansprechbar und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir sagen nochmal danke und kommen gerne wieder.

המקום מדהים! בית מפנק עם חצר מדהימה בריכה פרטית חא עמוקה מדי, מושלמת לילדים חצר עם מטבח חיצוני ופינה כייפית לשבת לארוחות משפחתיות, מטבח מצוייד בכל מה שצריך. המיטות בחדרים היו נוחות מאוד, רק הספה בסלון שנפתחת למיטה היתה פחות נוחה היינו ב6 בתים ביוון במהלך החופשה וזה היה המקום הכי טוב ככ כיף שלא רצינו לצאת אבל כשכן יצאנו- יש במרחק דקות את נהר אכרון המהמם, וחצי שעה נסיעה חופים מדהימים. מומלץ בחום

What an outstanding place, perfect for those endless pool side days. If you want complete privacy but still near to a small village for convenience store and eateries- and the pool with the view is incredible. Look no further- this is the best place on Paxos.
