Sarah and Pascal were great hosts for our stay in Berlin. The apartment was perfect for our needs, comfortable, spacious and cozy. Highly recommended!

The property is very spacious and beautiful. The location is perfect. Since Charlottenburg is a quiet residential area, the ground floor is directly on the street, no problem. Franz is a great host and filled the fridge nicely.

The booking and check-in process is very convenient, and the Host's feedback is very timely. The apartment has an L-shaped layout with two separate bathrooms; each room is independent and has good privacy.One small problem is that the shower room is not draining smoothly. Another small suggestion is to make an instruction manual for appliances such as kitchenware and washing machines, so that it is easier to use.
