In the house, there is another apartment, as well as our own apartment. Theodor Fontane was already dedicated to Friedersdorf in the band "Das Oderland" in his "hikes through the Mark Brandenburg". Friedersdorf is ideal as a starting point for hiking and cycling in Märkische Schweiz and Oderbruch.

The beautiful designer wooden house in the Märkische Schweiz (50 km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65 m² of living space with a large window front and 35 m² of covered terrace area. Take a break! Schlagenthin is a small place to relax and linger. There are many lakes in the area that can be explored by bike or on foot. Should it go to the capital, no problem, the train station is a 10-minute walk away. For small children, Willes world is just the thing. A large playground and many animals can be seen there.🐅🐫🦓 Buckow is not far away, there are cafes , restaurants and an ice cream shop with their own production.

The wooden hut is fully insulated, so you can live comfortably here even in winter. There is a 7 KW fireplace that gives you pleasant, long-lasting and cozy warmth with a few logs of wood. There is also an electric radiator in the bathroom.

You will love my place, it is newly furnished, with balcony and a beautiful view over Friedersdorf. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). It has its own access via a staircase by the house gable.

The 1 room apartment is on the second floor of a completely renovated old building. The street is relatively quiet and has little traffic. Free parking is not a problem at all, furthermore I have a secured private parking space in the backyard. The equipment of the apartment is very good. The kitchen is practical and functional, coffee and tea are also available to guests free of charge.
