We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

My stay at Michael's was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to barbecue. The house was very large and matched the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks to the caretaker – he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

A comfortable house, equipped with every comfort within walking distance of downtown and the Danube. Barbara was pleasant in the contact.

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The upstairs study room was great for doing some work and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay, very friendly - very clean

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Michi's! The rooms were clean and spacious, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches in every corner. Our only regret was the rainy weather, and our only wish, that we had stayed longer. Dear Michi, thank you so much for your warm welcome and for being so helpful throughout our stay. Georg is a friendly and thoughtful person. When we had questions, Georg always tried to think along with us. If we cooked there, we could use his extensive herb garden. On warm rest days, we sat under the umbrella by the pool.

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The place is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically equipped. There are numerous ways to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right outside the front door there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach Vienna city center in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets very close by. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. Electric charging station for cars just 100 meters away.

Sylvia was so responsive from the initial booking through our entire stay. She was wonderful to work with and made sure we really felt at home. The location and the accommodation was so impressive and so excellent for the price. The pool and the area really made this stand out. This is a host and location that you want to stay with and at!

We loved Even's house. The pool was great. The house was exactly as described. There were only two coffee machines. It would be nice to have as many as the number of days we will stay. Thank you, we will come again

We are truly glad we came across Christian's place for our stay in Vienna, and more so came across Christian as a person. The place is accurately described and looks better than the photos. It is just a few meters away from U4 and Supermarket, We made great use of both. The home has all the modern facilities suited for a confirtable stay, and everything works and is maintained. Add to that, the balcony was super spacious and has a great view. Christian is a great host. He was helpful, warm, even paid us a visit to help us understand the appliances. He was super responsive all the time, and we truly felt looked after. I would recommend Christian and this place without any second thoughts. Stunning place. Not cheap, but worth every penny spent. Would definitely come again. It is super spacious and stylish inside with lux level interior (even though a bit outdated, but it gives a very special vibe and character), provides a beautiful and peaceful private garden, and located in the city area famous for its quiet luxury. Recommended!

Thank you Alesia for the opportunity to spend a wonderful time! A great, quiet place to relax. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Alesia was polite, answered questions quickly and helped with advice. The house has basic accessories and appliances. It is not a fully equipped house. However, it is perfect for spending a few nights here. It is about a 20-30 minute walk to the train station or a shop. Trains to Vienna run quite often. Sometimes there are cancellations, but in any case, it is possible to get there.

This was a beautiful apartment near the Schonbrunn Palace, it was probably a 15 minute walk to the palace. There were some great restaurants right by the apartment. Hannah was very responsive to messages. Great place to stay!
