Die Unterkunft von Michael war super. Meine Monteure waren voll begeistert. Es entsprach alles wie beschrieben. Sehr große Unterkunft mit super ruhiger Lage. Immer wieder gerne.

* Location: peaceful surrondings, private garden, huge park nearby, clean air * House: clean, well equipped, we felt right at home, quality & comfortable furnitures. The private garage was a big plus as well * Host: kind, helpful, quick to respond to messages * Overall: the best place I have stayed in Vienna so far. Highly recommended to all!

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

Das Haus von Murat war für uns perfekt! Wir durften sogar ein paar Stunden eher einchecken als es die Vorgabe war! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Alles in allem war es ein traumhafter Urlaub in diesem hübschen Haus! Ganz ganz lieben Dank an Murat!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne dans cette maison très agréable. Le living est spacieux et accueillant, la terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis est parfaite pour se détendre, et la proximité immédiate des bois permet de magnifiques balades – idéal quand on voyage avec un chien ! La maison était très propre, bien équipée, et le stationnement est facile. La literie est confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. L’hôte a été très réactif, toujours disponible par message, et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Petit plus : on a trouvé du miel bio délicieux juste à côté, et la villa Otto Wagner avec ses superbes vitraux n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture. Comptez environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

Klaudia is an incredibly friendly and amiable host. The house is located at the outskirts of the city in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have to walk 10-15 mins to get to nearby public transportation, restaurants, or supermarkets. Uber is a cheap alternative though. We enjoyed the house and the beautiful decorations a lot. There are three toilets in total so no worries about fighting for the bathrooms. Sound proof is honestly not great but understandable. The only two issues we had might be that the hot water from first floors shower is hard to adjust and maintain and that wifi is very slow but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There is even an nespresso machine! Would recommend for a getaway!

Manuels Unterkunft war perfekt. Die Kommunikation hat hervorragend geklappt, ein kleiner Zusatzwunsch meinerseits wurde innerhalb von Minuten erfüllt. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder.

This apartment exceeded our expectations it is very roomy to what we usually go for and is super well looked after and decorated. Toaster only toasts on one side but apart from that the kitchen was well equipped. Supermarkets and transport links a short walk away. This was an awesome stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We had a great time with our two adult children. The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood with lots to see while also being close to landmarks for sightseeing. The space itself is so charming. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace after a day out exploring. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! Great local places to eat. Close to all transportation. Felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed walking around. Great balcony space for tea at night!

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Gartenwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, der Bus fuhr direkt um die Ecke, somit konnten wir alle Plätze schnell erreichen. Zur Stadtmitte ca 35 Minuten erreichen. Alles in allem top. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir wieder in Wien sind.

Great place! The apartment is on the top floor of a four story building. If you have heavy luggage, it will be a bit of a challenge getting up the stairs. Once in the apartment the view is great and the air circulation was excellent even on hot days. The apartment is spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and having laundry in the unit is very helpful. It is a short walk to the subway, grocery, bakery, and restaurants. When next in Vienna, we would happily stay here again!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick und die Terasse sind sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sicher. Der Pool war auch gut von der Temperatur. Alles super! Bettina war sehr hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und immer gut zu erreichen!

Durch die vor der Haustür gelegenen Haltestelle, konnten wir sehr schnell und flexibel an unser Ziel kommen! Auf dem Balkon ist es daher etwas lauter, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es nur noch sehr leicht zu hören. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es 1min Fußweg entfernt (Lidl). Die Räumlichkeiten waren großzügig und sauber! Die Kommunikation war äußerst freundlich und kompetent. Der Eintritt in die Wohnung wurde sehr präzise erklärt und dargestellt. Das hat es uns leicht gemacht!

einfach Perfekt! Eveline hat an alles, bis ins kleinste Detail, gedacht. Alles was man für einen Urlaub mit Wohlfühleffekt und alltäglich benötigt war vorhanden. Gesamte Wohnung blitzsauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Tolle Empfehlungen und Hilfen für den gesamten Aufenthalt in Wien und Umgebung waren bestens aufgeschrieben und sogar so, dass man sich keine Gedanken machen muss was man alles machen kann. Wir sind den Plänen gefolgt und konnten alles Wichtige und noch mehr entdecken. Ein erstes Frühstück wurde liebevoll angerichtet und hat auf uns mit einem Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank auf uns gewartet. Wien ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen und man kann das Auto mit dem Parkplatz und der gestellten Genehmigung durch Eveline beruhigt stehen lassen. Lebensmittelgeschäft und Restaurants in der Nähe. Eveline ist zurecht ein Superhost und würde ich jedem, ohne zu zögern empfehlen. Wir sind dankbar, dass wir diesen Ort erleben durften. Vielen Dank Liebe Eveline. Weiter so 😀

I've been using Airbnb for about 15 years on 3 continents, and I have to rate Simon's place as on of the top 2 that I've visited. The accommodation had it all - location, amenities and essentials (right from elevator to shower cap), and decor (professional). And, of course, although there were no issues during our stay, he was quick to communicate throughout the whole process. Bravo, Simon!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Apartment entspricht genau den Bildern des Inserates! Besonders toll sind die zwei Terrassen, wo man von einer Terrasse einen wunderschönen Blick auf ganz Wien hat!!! Ich kann das Apartment sehr empfehlen denn man ist mit den Öffentlichen in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt!! Einfach herrlich und jederzeit wieder!!

The perfect place to stay in Vienna! The interior was cosy and homely and had everything we needed. The host, Tarkan, was always ready to help and gave very clear instructions to find the apartment. There is a beautiful park nearby and a metro stop into the town centre only 3-4 minutes away. We had an amazing time and will definitely be staying here again if we return to Vienna!

We are a family of 4 and was amazed by the spaciousness of the apartment as well as the convenience to supermarkets and fresh bakeries and bus stops. Tatiana was responsive in all communication chats and we have a perfect stay in her place! Strongly recommend to others👍🏻.

El departamento estaba exactamente a lo publicado. Fueron muy buenos anfitriones, con instrucciones claras. Todo estaba impecable, sábanas, tohallas, cocina y baño. La cama muy cómoda. Excelentes almohadas! Estaba a 20 minutos caminando del centro zona segura e iluminada. Lo recomiendo

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Elisabeth. Gerade im Sommer ist diese Gegend Wiens mit Nähe zu diversesten Bademöglichkeiten sehr zu empfehlen!! In der Unterkunft war alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Garten und die Hollywoodschaukel sind sehr schön! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!
