The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

The apartment is located on the first floor, and a parking space in the backyard is included. 60 m2; living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed 150 cm, hallway, entrance, bathroom with washing machine/dryer and storage room. Electric charger available for a fee.

3 room apartment close to Drammen rail way station and main city. 15 min walk to train station. Public transport by buss is only 50 meters from the apartment. My place is suitable for couples, business travelers, holiday’s backpackers etc. Very close to nature. Only 50 meters walk from apartment to the forest, where there are a good view over the City Smoke free inside but allowed on balcony. Asker has a lot to offer, and Engelsrud is surrounded by three lakes which gives many opportunities for recreation summer and winter. Our garden/yard is very family friendly. A five minute walk from the house you can get public transportation bringing you downtown Asker in ten min. Asker has a small, but well developed downtown with a nice selection of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.

Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.
