Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury holiday house "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this holiday home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

Super vacation home on Lake Kummerow, Sommersdorf

Our cottage was completed in 2024 and was furnished to a high standard with a lot of joy and love. It is an oasis in the middle of a magnificent landscape with panoramic views of nature. Sommersdorf is located in beautiful "Mecklenburg Switzerland" and directly on Lake Kummerow. The surrounding area invites you to various leisure activities such as walks, bike rides, swimming, paddling and much more. Tips for excursions, restaurants, cafes and shopping are gladly given by us.

3. COTTAGE an der Danish Wieck

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can visit the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults). + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

The approx. 50 sqm living area (of 140 sqm) is so beautiful that you want to spend the whole vacation inside: oak floors, old wooden beams, cozy sitting area, very well equipped kitchen, large dining area, garden view, fireplace. You can enjoy the large natural garden alone. The first floor is equipped for the disabled. Bedroom; shower room. On the top floor are two bedrooms, also with shower room. There is a sauna for 4 people with a corresponding wet area.

Peace and relaxation for a small family not far from the Greifswalder Bodden. Cozy house with 80 square meters of living space in the middle of a natural garden in the idyllic village of Hanshagen, not far from the small Baltic Sea resort Lubmin halfway between the islands of Rügen and Usedom near Greifswald. Hanshagen is located in an extensive forest area and invites you to hikes, walks, bike rides, blueberry and mushroom picking.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohnsiedlung auf einem 1000 qm großen abgeschlossenen Grundstück separat im Garten. Die Lage ist ein guter Mix für Erholung und Ruhe und doch nicht weit ab vom Warener Stadtleben, oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. An warmen Tagen können Sie auf der großen überdachten Terrasse direkt am Ferienhaus frühstücken oder am Abend grillen.

A cozy, thatched, listed half-timbered cats in a 6,000 sqm park-like garden with pond. The garden is secluded behind a wall. The Graue Kate is part of a facility with listed cats. It is the largest of the three houses to rent. Dogs are welcome. Rowing on the pond, picking mature fruit from the trees, fishing and the caught fish right on the garden grill: pure enjoyment, in peace and quiet!

Time out at Lake Tollensee

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to switch off from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee, which invites you to swim or stand-up paddle with its clear water. Or for beautiful bike tours about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg, gives many opportunities for shopping or restaurant visits.
