Beach, Dining and Relaxation in one spot!

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. Beautiful beachside stay in one of my favorite corners of New York's shore. We could walk or bike over to the nearest beach, or bike over to Point Lookout. Standouts were the saline pool in the backyard (we used it every day), the extra sleep-space provided by the airbed, and the little things like the use of the bikes so we could get around so easily. We'd love to return!

Jeff was friendly, kind and super responsive. I felt very welcome. I would recommend staying in Jeff’s place and I plan to visit again in the future.

Holly was a great host! The place was exactly as described. Very close to the park, it was nice to take a stroll around the area. Although, there were people living upstairs and you hear them very well, the place was very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend this place to others!

Walk to Beach, Train to NYC!

From check-in to check-out David was great and responsive. The accommodations were perfect for our family (4 adults). Loved the bedroom with the bed that had a remote to raise your feet and head! So comfortable! We were greeted the next day by David and his two beautiful dogs! This was supposed to be a beach vacation but it rained for the entire 4 days and nights we were there. We did enjoy the hot tub and he sent down the dogs to visit too when we asked! He made my hubby and I the most wonderful espresso we’ve ever had. He also made great suggestions for dining. We had the use of their bikes, beach umbrella and chairs (which we didn’t get to use ). Also provided big fluffy towels which were great for the hot tub. Soap was lovely both in the kitchen and bathroom (Meyer) and lovely body wash in the shower (I think it was EOS). The neighbourhood is so charming- love the uniqueness of all the homes. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back again!

Had a wonderful stay at Manuel’s place. He put a lot of hard work into his home and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. And plenty of spacious private parking.. a huge plus for Long Beach!! Would highly recommend and would love to visit again!!

Great stay only a short walk to the beach. Beautiful house with spacious rooms, balcony and decking area. Stephanie was so helpful with everything we needed and we would definitely stay again if we're back in Long Beach!
