This lovely cottage is located a few meters from Lake Vänern and has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and jetty with wood-fired hot tub. Perfect even for winter swimming! The views of the lake are amazing! The cottage has 2 lofts with beds, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, toilet, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened out to the balcony, which has a gas grill, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. This is a quiet, natural and beautiful accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

Two bathrooms and a small toilet, private parking space, large kitchen with equipment, washing machine, tumble dryer, shower, bathtub, several patios, fiber connection, digital lock, etc. Bed linens, towels, soap and shampoo as well as final cleaning are included in the price. Välkommen att bo i lantlig miljö i en nybyggd lägenhet som är inredd i ett gammalt vagnsskjul. Gården är fint belägen i naturskön miljö 1,8 mil sv om Lidköping. Vi bedriver ett aktivt jord- och skogsbruk och har en mindre besättning med Dexter (minikor) samt en liten flock med höns. Det är nära till fina vandringsleder och utöver närheten till Lidköping så når du inom 4 mil både Läckö slott, Spikens fiskehamn och Kinnekulle. För den som tar sig fram på cykel så går Vänerleden rakt genom gården.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende med närhet till både landet och vattnet. Renoverat (2023) gästhus med ett sovrum, sällskapsrum, badrum och pentry. Sovrummet har dubbelsäng och enkelsäng, bäddsoffa i sällskapsrummet. I pentryt finns kylskåp med frysfack, mikrovågsugn, kokplatta och vattenkokare. Gratis WIFI. Från pentryt når du den gröna baksidan med uteplats, grill, trädgårdsmöbler. På vår gård finns två katter, några höns och sommartid oftast några hästar. Fri parkering.

Villan har tre bekväma sovrum och ett rum med bäddsoffa, två fräscha badrum och ett stort socialt uppehållsrum där vardagsrum och kök smälter samman i en öppen planlösning. Det stilrena köket är fullt utrustat och har en stor köksö.

Ta gärna en kort utflykt till Läckö slott, Spikens fiskeläge, spela golf eller njut av Kinnekulle. Det finns något för alla oavsett vår, sommar, vinter som höst.
