Welcome home to our delightful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-story townhouse! Each bedroom has a queen bed. Both are located on the second story as well as the full bath. Living room, dine-in kitchen, laundry room, & half bath are located on the first floor. AC is provided on the first floor and in both bedrooms. Cable & internet provided. Sorry, pets are not allowed. No smoking/vaping. This listing is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is close to downtown Napoleon and the Maumee River!

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

Stayed at the Skoolie with our two kids and loved it! It was SO cute and a unique place to stay. The kids thought it was super cool and loved playing in all the open space around the bus. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us inside the bus as well. It was stocked with everything we needed. Even has some board games for the cozy raining days. Description and photos are very accurate! I didn’t need to contact the hosts for anything due to the stay being so smooth! We definitely would book again. Thank you so much Emily.

We decided on this place after we were going to stay with family in defiance, Ohio. Our plans fell through so we started looking around on Airbnb although we've never used it before because hotels are getting more expensive and staying in a home would be better for our kids and more private. It was really affordable and I like that it was in the country since I am currently living in Florida. I'm very familiar with this area since I lived in Napoleon for most of my life. One of our sons are autistic so it was comforting that him having outbursts wasn't a problem and there was a toy there that he kept him busy the whole time. The bed upstairs is extremely comfortable, it's nice having a pull out sofa, this can easily house 4 people. the bathroom had all the supplies you need plus some, as well as the kitchen. The water gets really hot so I would be careful with that, and with any very small children be careful with the stairs since it feels a little steep and there is no risers.
