From the front door, you can get directly to the waterfront route around the island. The nearest restaurant can be found in the next block, and in ten minutes you can walk to the Raja Shopping Center. There is one bedroom, but the spacious living room in the apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people. There is also a travel crib for small children to use.

Kaakamo. It's in the village of Tornio and this cottage is there. The location is peaceful, along a small village road about 20m to the yard. In the same yard, there is another house in sight. Plenty of parking space, in the winter an acre less. there are two bedrooms with a total of three beds. In addition, there are two “trips with beds” that can be spread out to the desired location. Great for children. Towels and linens included.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Janne and Laura’s place. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly nature. The cabin is beautifully situated in a peaceful, scenic area that feels like a true escape into nature. One of the absolute highlights was the private outdoor whirlpool and the sauna—both were absolutely perfect after a day of exploring the snowy surroundings. The attention to detail and care they’ve put into the space really shows, making it both cozy and comfortable. We visited in March and were lucky enough to witness the northern lights dancing across the sky right from the property—an experience we’ll never forget. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. If you’re looking for an authentic and relaxing Lapland getaway, we couldn’t recommend this place more!

The place was as advertised, cozy and peaceful! Everything you need was available and it would be easy to stay here longer, cooking and laundry facilities bring ease. All the required services are within walking distance and the area is really quiet. It is effortless and pleasant to communicate with Laura, I felt welcome even before we even arrived :) I highly recommend it for both shorter and longer visits, we will be happy to return ourselves :)

We booked the cabin at the farm for a week and couldn't have imagined a nicer holiday in Lapland. Our host Eleni was always there for us and helped where she could. Thanks to their super kind nature, we felt right at home. Our absolute highlight for us has been the northern lights - we can't really believe our luck yet. We are really inspired and grateful! So: If you are looking for a (romantic) break away from all the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be.

If we could give this beautiful cabin 10 stars we would. It’s absolutely gorgeous & in an incredible location at the waters edge of a beautiful lake. Great views from the cabin & the sauna plus you have your very own private seating area and a bbq/fire seating area right by the lakeside. The hosts were brilliant and kindly showed us how things worked (sauna, aircon, hot tub etc). If you’re looking for a beautiful cabin and some private relaxation it doesn’t get better than this. With the added bonus of been only a few KMs from Rovaniemi and some great hikes

The apartment was cozy and really tidy and clean. Everything you need was found and worked. Quiet. When traveling with children, the washing machine is a big plus. The little ones were also taken into account. Communication is easy and seamless.
