"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. A house in the mountains, 8 minutes from the beach, with a huge garden, porch, small pool, and barbecue. Have breakfast while looking at the mountain and listening to the sound of birds. The house has an anti-squatter alarm with a photo-detector in the garage (closed sector and outside the rental) a volumetric without lens or camera.
