Your place on the beach

Your family will have everything within walking distance in this completely renovated accommodation, located in the heart of the town and very close to the beach. Everything you may need is less than a 2-minute walk away (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery/pastry shop, ice cream parlor, restaurants, bars, terraces...). And the great Arenal beach with its beach bars is a 5-minute walk away, at the end of Calle del Mar that begins in front of our building. Are you ready for a refreshing dip?

Wake up with sea views

Hello :) Do you like bright, quiet and comfortable houses? With sea views? Good, then keep reading. Our house is in a private complex in Pino Alto, 2' from the beach and less than 10' walk from L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. When you wake up, from bed, you see the sea. That could be the best thing in the house, but there is more. (I'll tell you below). SOMETHING IMPORTANT: In the house there is a portable air conditioner that works very well, but there is no central air conditioning.

Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.
