Monthly Rentals in Lez

What can I say .. stayed a month, and could have stayed a year. One of the best apartments we have booked. As the photos indicate the decor is both very beautiful and practical [comfortable living area, very well provisioned full kitchen, good bed and linen, clean and functional bathroom, plenty of storage space, separate TV loft). The apartment enjoys lots of light streaming in through the French doors onto a delightful little balcony. Air con and heating both excellent. Location perfect, central but quiet. Véro and David are generous and attentive hosts. Cannot recommend enough. Note: recycling bins for glass and paper/plastic are located nearby in Place Molière, and there are Biodéchets (brown bins) at various locations across Montpellier.

Had a great visit. The accommodation is very clean, very well arranged and very nice. The hosts are very nice.

We stayed for one month in this place and it worked quite well for us. The bed was very comfortable and the loft area felt very safe and secure. North Americans won't be used to not having anywhere to hang the shower head, but we appreciated having the bath. It's nice to have access to streaming on the TV. The kitchen was a bit untidy and supplies were dated (expect the beautiful new dishware), but it was functional enough. We had a small toilet issue that gave us the chance to see how responsive and communicative the hosts are - thank you! The location is perfect for exploring Montpellier. Air conditioning was installed while we were there, which will be important as the heat did rise to the loft area when trying to heat the space. The building is very quiet and you don't get much noise at all from the street. Overall, we enjoyed our time here! I wouldn't hesitate to book it for a short stay.
