Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into an independent studio with all the amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, sitting area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be off their leash. In a separate part of the garden is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

Upon arrival, the beds are made, the refrigerator is on and if necessary the wood stoves are lit, wood is available. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. The house is at the end of a road, it has been renovated to offer all modern comforts while retaining its original charm. The house is located on a totally private estate of 350 ha. You can enjoy the garden and barbecue but also the surrounding countryside with lakes (fish) and forests. A biological swimming pool is a 10-minute drive away.
