This Airbnb is a perfect 10. Location is fantastic. The home was decorated so beautifully. The backyard was gigantic with a lovely pool and it was entirely fenced for our basset hounds. This house is in a beautiful neighborhood and is close to so many attractions in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The house was so clean. I had a couple of local questions for Kara and Aaron and they responded quickly. This is one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended. House was perfect for our two toddlers.

The place was magical. Very serene and peaceful! Mathew was very helpful along the way! I Would definitely recommend this to anyone interested!

Daniel was a terrific host! He responded quickly, the house was perfect, and he even offered great information on things to do in the area. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

We truly enjoyed our little Mothers Day getaway. The house was plenty big enough for our family of 6 plus 2 dogs. I loved the doggie door already installed as well as the small grass area around back for the dogs. The pool was still a little chilly but that didn't stop our youngest. Bedrooms and bathrooms we're all very clean and welcoming. The parking in the back and entering thru the garage was very convenient and easy. We would definitely stay again.

We are so grateful to Jo and her sister for allowing us to stay in their home. We were in town with family for a graduation and their home felt like our home. They had everything you could possibly need and the beds and entire home were clean and comfortable. They were very responsive when needed. Most AirBnB’s feel cold and sterile because they are not lived in but this felt like we were staying with a relative who just happened to not be there. It is hard to find homes large enough to host bigger groups that are reasonably priced but this was perfect for our family! Neighborhood was nice and friendly with lots of outdoor activities available.

Roberto’s listing is reasonably priced and worth it. It’s is a very spacious house. The house was clean and as described. I particularly appreciated the neighborhood. It felt safe and was quiet! Would recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Communication, cleanliness, location, value and thoughtful touches. This was a great stay for our family of 4 and would have easily accommodated a larger family. Quiet neighborhood, cozy home, comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay. Central location in the greater Dallas area and not far from DFW. We really appreciate the host’s thoughtfulness and excellent communication. You can occasionally hear the trains at night and there are no blackout blinds but everything else made that no big deal. Absolutely recommend this Airbnb and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay! The pool was a great amenity for my children. The beds were very comfortable and my favorite was definitely the shower and bath! The neighborhood was very nice, we felt safe and the Parking wasn’t stressful at all. Walmart was really close which was helpful also!

The house was so spacious! The decor and furniture was beautiful. It was great to have a large bedroom and private bath for my parents who have difficulty with climbing stairs. We have a large family, so this house was perfect for us. Lots of bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready for an event. My littles had an amazing time playing the air hockey table and the board games that you had. The kitchen was stocked with appliances and extras. The only thing missing was measuring cups and dishwasher pods. We just washed everything by hand. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but there are lots of extra towels, suncreen, bug spray at the house. I wish we had time to use the all the gym equipment too. It was a little challenging navigating the parking in the back of the house, but we made it work. Thank you for allowing us to have a little celebration gathering with 3 of our daughter's friends and grandparents. We really enjoyed the house. If we come up to Denton again, we will book.

My daughter got married at the Rose Gardens nearby and her bridal party stayed at this lovely little house. They had a great time although there was a slight issue with the door code and alarm code not working, It was very quickly resolved as the host was very responsive.

What a wonderful way to experience the Dallas area. First and foremost the entrance was easy and hassle free. The home was beautiful and spacious but still close knit enough to feel like a home away from home. The host was great at communicating, and the pool added another level of luxury to our relaxing stay. Overall it was an amazing peaceful experience staying in this house, great family spaces, and a beautiful kitchen. Everything you could need was also inside the home. Overall a 10/10 experience, especially traveling in groups.

My stay was AMAZING!!!!! It was 4 adults 2 kids and 1 toddler. The townhome was HUGE!!! There's 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st and 2nd come floor and the master is on the top floor. It was spacious and the rooms were the perfect size. I slept in the master room and the bed was AMAZING!!!! I would suggest one thing, turn the AC on and leave the house for as long as possible. It takes a while to cool off because of how big it is, but when it's cold, it's cold lol! I would definitely return. 10/10 recommend!

Jacob’s place was perfect for a quick weekend in Denton. Close to the square, coffee shops, restaurants, and a yoga studio. Jacob was helpful and responsive and my travels bring me back to Denton, I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. Thank you Jacob!

My family and I really enjoyed the pool! The backyard view of the lake was beautiful especially with coffee in the morning. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was easy to check in and the host was very prompt when I had questions. Extra bonus: there were plenty of towels!

My family decided to do a staycation and this house was perfect. We have a two year old and we felt very safe with her running around without us having to childproof anything! The primary bedroom has an amazing shower as well. Although the weather didn’t cooperate with us and we didn’t swim as much as we wanted, the game room made up for it! The hosts were communicative the whole time and were awesome! We already have a reservation to return! In other words, book the house, it won’t disappoint.

Cute house with great views and access to the lake! Also had access to kayaks and other things you may want at a lake. Great deal for the price! Host was very nice and communication was great. Would definitely stay again.
