This stylish one-room apartment has been extensively renovated with a lot of love for detail. From the apartment you can enjoy a fantastic view of the most beautiful forest in the Rhineland. About 15 minutes walking distance from Elberfeld train station and city center, the separately accessible apartment is located in the DG of our two-family house, surrounded by gardens and close to the edge of the forest. It has Wi-Fi, sat TV, DVD player DVD player and parking on our property with private charging facility (wallbox 22 kW) for electric cars. If other check-in/check-out times are required, please inquire in person.

Kreuzberg, the small church village on the dams in the middle of the Bergisches Land/North Rhine-Westphalia. Hiking, cycling, many excursion destinations, as well as swimming reservoirs and outdoor pool in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop outside the door, grocery store and organic shop within walking distance. Separate terrace with Weber grill and electric awning are included. A dog is very welcome.

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located place in the heart of Essen. A variety of gastronomic offers are within walking distance. A supermarket with a large assortment is also close by. The apartment is centrally located between the main train station and Messe Essen. The transport connection (public transport, highway, e-scooter) is excellent and yet you are in a quiet residential area.

The house is rented exclusively to one or two adults. The former hunting lodge from the 1920s has been restored with preferably traditional building materials. This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology. Occasional private use - therefore personally furnished.

Pretty 2-room apartment

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 has to be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.

30 m2 Apartment, Bath (Private) + Mini-Kitchen

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
