This charming accommodation is close to the town center of Folgoët and Lesneven (800 m from the city center), 12 minutes from Keremma beach. A large supermarket and various shops are close by. It consists of a 14 m² bedroom with a dressing room, sink and shower and a kitchen-WC room and small living room. You have access to the house's closed parking lot, as well as the garden and wooden terrace. The space is completely independent of the house.

The house, refurbished in 2021, is fully equipped with new furniture and bedding. Bed linens and bath towels are available. Baby equipment upon request.
