FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Stay in a cozy tent tent surrounded by forests and Lake Fryken. Inside, there is a double bed and a sofa. Outside the tent, there is a wood stove where you can cook under the open sky as well as a simple dining area. You also have your own access to a log cabin located right next door, with hotplates, a refrigerator, a dining area, and coffee. An outdoor toilet is a short walk into the forest. Parking is about 150 meters from the place with a hill down. Only 15 minutes from Sunne city center is this strawberry place.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Due to the use of mainly local, recycled and natural materials, there are many unique details to discover. Het huis is geschikt voor 2 personen, maar in overleg uit te rusten met een kinderbed. Tevens is het huis gevuld met alles wat u maar nodig hebt. Ontbreekt er toch iets, vraag er dan gerust naar. De accomodatie is ook erg handig als tussenstop voor uw doorreis richting het noorden.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
