We enter the garden of the house from the back, where we find two porch areas where we can park our cars. You enter through one of the two doors and find an open-plan dining-living room area with an "office" -type kitchen. This space is open to the outside and the private garden with pool through two large windows that communicate with the terrace, thus creating a feeling of great spaciousness. Two double bedrooms on the ground floor with two full bathrooms with shower.On the first floor we find the main room with an "en suite" toilet and a private terrace. It has functional and comfortable furniture, in light colors, which contrast with the more youthful colored bathrooms. Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it.
