This turreted hideaway forms the East Tower of a 15th century château - featured in a number of UK homes & interiors magazines. The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. Internally it is full of character with a circular, beamed bedroom and roll top bath on the top floor and a sitting room below. There is no formal kitchen so this is a place for foodies wanting to experience local French food by eating out

Découverte du land art, du sentier botanique de 30 mn environ, randonnées de 1h à 4h où plus avec le GR au pied du château. Restauration aux caves de Marson délicieux restaurant troglodytique de fouées (à 1mn à pied) . Visite du Cadre noir à 5mn. A 10 mn de la Loire, de Saumur et de ses nombreux sites touristiques.

Old barn completely renovated. Large bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and seating area on the ground floor. Located in the shade of two large linden trees. Calm and serenity assured. The pool is heated by a solar panel which allows us a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in the middle of the season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season (beginning of May and end of September to beginning of October).

You'll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. It is an old house made of tuffeau stone located in the heart of a troglodyte courtyard. The gîte has a fitted and very well-equipped kitchen but also an outdoor courtyard with terrace (barbecue, garden furniture). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends.

Hi everyone, We are pleased to host you in our studio in Doué-la-Fontaine. City of roses, troglodyte dwellings and vines. Doué is also known for its animal Bioparc (5-min drive to the cottage). Our studio is ideal for short stays to discover the region or to accommodate professionals for their work week. Pets are not allowed due to too much damage in the cottage.
