Vacation rentals with beach access in Les Trois-Îlets

Everything was perfect from every point of view, not to mention the view that is completely magical with the sunset that is on show every evening!! Very refreshing as a place and well secured. Everything is within walking distance, beaches, restaurants, bakery. Pure happiness, this little piece of heaven!!! I'm leaving with a taste of coming back! Thank you Jérôme 😁

The apartment is amazing, located on top of a hill and on the 2nd and top floor, it has an amazing view of the bay of Fort de France. The location is perfect for going to the beach, restaurant, supermarket, gas station, and as a starting point for excursions to other visits on the island. It is air-conditioned and we were not disturbed by mosquitoes. We will come back to it with great pleasure!

Our stay in Martinique was wonderful and Mirella and Roger contributed greatly to it. The space was just perfect. Well located in the south of the island, the condo is well located in the village of L'Anse à l'Âne where we were 3 or 4 minutes from the local beach as well as very close to many other beaches. Amenities such as restaurants, bars, markets and other activities are steps away from you. Overlooked by magnificent mountains or fruit and floral trees, the accommodation has a superb rear view overlooking the small forest with mango trees, coconut trees and many others. The accommodation is beautiful, fully equipped, and very clean. Comfortably furnished, the hosts made sure the guests felt at home for the duration of the stay. The fridge stopped working and was replaced the same day. Not a single complaint, on the contrary we have nothing but praise for our hosts. Thank you Mirella and Roger.

We stayed there for 3 nights, the apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and more. Quiet place and close to everything a few minutes' drive away (Anse Dufour, Anse Noire, grocery store...). The apartment is nestled in the mountains which makes a magnificent view from the balcony of Mitan Cove. The apartment is very spacious, has a beautiful pool, parking space. We could have easily stayed there for more than a month. Cécé responded to our questions very quickly. Would highly recommend!

Self check-in is super convenient. The place is close to the beach and full of activities around! Small plus for all the equipment especially mask, fin and snorkel which clutters our suitcases for nothing, it's the best

You're already in the Caribbean just by communicating with Estelle: responsive, meticulous and friendly. She bends over backwards to make sure you're comfortable in the accommodation. It's rare to see this kind of owner. I just want to point out that to access the accommodation you will have to cross the neighbor's landing but not his terrace (unjustly specified by the previous comment). Besides, they're neighbors who are living their lives and are used to it. Enjoy your stay

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

Bertrand and Clementine's place was great—clean, well equipped, and with a beautiful view. The apartment is located uphill, away from the downtown area but close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and other local activities. Parking is available, which was super convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place!

The villa was beautiful, spacious, and had stunning views. Cécile was very kind and communicative, even recommending a few great spots to visit. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended!

We loved the villa. The hosting was great OMG with Caroline, she is very nice. She took all the time it took to explain to us everything we needed to know about the house, we really appreciated it. Erkan also responded very quickly to our questions before our arrival and after we contacted Caroline who also responded very quickly and always friendly. The place is beautiful, very lit with always a nice breeze. It is very well located and secure, beautiful sea views even if it is at a distance. The only small disappointment we had and mentioned to Caroline was that there was no BBQ as mentioned on the listing, Caroline offered us her (so nice of her part) but finally we organized ourselves differently. Basically everything was perfect, we recommend the place without hesitation. Thanks Erkan and Caroline.

We had a great time in Martinique. The villa was beautiful and as described. The air conditioning was very nice. Gilles and his wife Cindra gave us lots of great tips for visiting their island. In short, we recommend it!

Fabulous stay at Pascal's Ti chou chou. There were 2 of us and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation, the quality of the amenities and Pascal's help on a daily basis. We saw 3 ravet beetles at the beginning of our stay in the accommodation, which are insects that are part of the local fauna, but Pascal immediately reacted to help us eliminate them and no other ravet beetles were seen. I would recommend this place for your stay in Martinique.

We had a lovely stay at Olivia's. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped for children. The garden is nice. We are a 2-minute walk to the beach, there is also a supermarket and good bakery very close on foot. It's very convenient. Recommended!

Angela was very responsive and communicative. The Villa is beautiful and very comfortable. Feels like home. I would suggest taking time out your schedule to utilize the backyard, jacuzzi and pool as we didn’t get to. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops or touring the area by car. Very quiet residence, too bad that there is construction work in the street... But when you come home from a day, everything is paused. Valuable presence of air conditioning! Great welcome with a good meal!

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . We stayed 1 week at Sylvain and Ketty's place. Apartment with a large balcony and outdoor kitchen, close to the beach and restaurants. Parking space is a plus. Ideal for a couple or a single person. Recommended 🙂
