Villa vacation rentals in Les Trois-Îlets

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

We rented the villa for a month stay with my family and everything was perfect. The villa was very clean and suitable for children, even toddlers. A crib had been made available to us as well as a high chair. There were also pool/beach games for the kids, which was very convenient. The pool overlooking a stunning view of the Rocher du Diamant was appreciated by all. A big thank you to the hosts who were very responsive during the exchanges and thank you to the charming Betty, the caretaker of the house, who always helped us greatly when we had questions or small requests. We felt right at home during our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful villa to all small families.

We had a great time at Steffi and Johannes's villa. The house is spacious, thoughtfully designed, nicely decorated, and we immediately felt at home. The pool is really nice and the views are stunning. The location is ideal for discovering Martinique, and the wifi was perfect for the video, which was a real plus for us. Steffi and Johannes were adorable, very welcoming and always available if we needed anything. A big thank you to them, we'll be happy to come back!

Loved our stay! The villa is clean, well furnished and just like the pictures. The mountain and sea views are simply beautiful. Jacky, our on-site contact, was very punctual, attentive and quickly available. We will return to this property without hesitation! It was just perfect!

The accommodation was very pleasant, especially the unobstructed view. impeccable and very comfortable bedding. Kitchen can't be more equipped (even a raclette machine!). Would highly recommend!

Great host! The house is very well divided with private sections for each guest. The kitchen is super well equipped, the view is magnificent, just minutes from the beach. I highly recommend this house!

It is a very pleasant villa located on the heights of Ste Luce with 180° ocean views. Its location makes it very easy to get around. The accommodation and amenities are as described. The garden and the gazebo allow you to enjoy life outdoors. The pool, even if it's not big, is a real pleasure to relax in. Vincent is an extremely friendly and caring host, very responsive and with very good advice. Finally, also note an excellent internet connection, good wifi and a very good quality TV system.

We had a great time at Priscilla and Bertrand's house. The villa is superb, well equipped, comfortable and has a beautiful view. The welcome and stay was perfect. We highly recommend it!

Excellent stay at Emilie's who hosted us very well and gave us good advice for activities / outings around. The house is very well equipped and very well located. And the must: a ti punch at the pool after a day of sightseeing. We'll be back!

Just a great house. Plenty of space. Two floors with walk out to the pool. Beautiful view everything you can think of. As it is a part of the Hotel bambou, we were met on arrival and had full access to the hotel concierge as well as a book of hotel coupons and full access to the hotel amenities. They were able to book excursions for us on short notice as well as dinner reservations. An exceptional add on. As mentioned by others, this house is on the top of the hill and the climb up on foot will be a challenge for the average person. We had a car and ran up and down as needed and never thought twice about it and I would certainly NOT let it be a deterrent as everything else was exceptional. Notable thanks to Mael, the Hotel Concierge who help from arrival to departure.

We were two families with children and we all loved our stay! The pool is perfect for kids, the views are incredible and the hosts are very welcoming, friendly and responsive. The villa is in a very good location and we will definitely be back!!! Thanks again!

I had a great time at Yann's in Martinique. He is a very kind, caring and available host. The accommodation was perfect: comfortable, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, it immediately feels like home. Special mention for the private punch bowl, the little extra touch that allows you to fully enjoy the quieter days! I highly recommend it, and will be happy to come back if I have a chance.
