Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. La Casa Samat

Fully renovated house in the heart of Beautour No car needed, you will find all the local shops: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser, tobacco shop a few meters from the accommodation. The busway is less than a 4-minute walk away and will allow you to access the city center in less than 15 minutes (free on weekends) Enjoy the banks of the Sèvre, just a 2-minute walk away. The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from the airport and the Beaujoire Stadium.

Shared family garden, swing/trampoline in summer. 160 x 200 bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Closed/secure parking (1 car). Extra sheets for €15/bed on request. Hand towels not included.

Nice 45 m2 apartment fully furnished in 2021 and redecorated in 2025. Located in the southern district of Vertou, in front of the vineyards and 5 minutes from the South Pole shopping center. Direct access to walking tours from the house. 20 minutes by car from the center of Nantes. The apartment is adjoining our house, with a private parking space. Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet area, accessible only by car.
