Fully air-conditioned apartment, on the 1st floor and the top floor of a very small new building. On the main street, close to all shops, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery... Resort insurance required.

Nice T2, refurbished (40 m²) + outdoor courtyard (25 m²), quiet, ideally located: 200 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the shops and the salins of the pesquiers (flamingos, migratory birds, etc.). Free parking in front of the property. Accommodation for 2 people. It is forbidden to invite anyone who is not on the reservation, without my prior consent.

Visiting at the end of June 2025, I sometimes had to park in an adjacent street to find a parking space. Self check-in was very easy and clear thanks to Céline's directions. The accommodation is certainly small but very well located (beach, restaurants, market, bus, shops) and faithful to the photos published. The amenities are sufficient, the air conditioning was appreciated. A small lack of privacy on the terrace (passage) and the proximity to other sometimes noisy visitors should be noted. Overall, I'd be happy to come back.

We rented Christophe's house in order to spend some time with family. Moment that was more than successful, thanks to the hospitality , Christophe's advice for activities, restaurants... Things to do in the area. Young and old left full of memories in this beautiful house that fully matches the description , close to all the necessary amenities ( beach, shops ...) We strongly recommend this place of exception.

I booked the week for a family reunion in Hyeres and its surroundings. Hyères remains a pleasant destination and in addition with the apartment overlooking the port it's just sublime. A few minutes from the Tour Fondue to go to the island of Porquerolle.

Christopher's place was fantastic – we loved it! The location right by the harbor is great: in the evening you don't need a car. Beaches, other restaurants or excursion destinations are just a few minutes' drive away. Beautiful hikes on the nearby peninsula, swimming in the sea or sightseeing in Toulon and Marseille – everything is possible. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, cozy and very stylishly furnished. There's nothing missing! We were particularly pleased with the loving welcome: coffee, tea, milk and even an aperitif – thank you very much! Christopher was also very accommodating to our request for flexible check-in/out times. Note: There is no elevator, and the spiral staircase could be a challenge for people with limited mobility. There are two bathrooms, but only one (windowless) toilet. It wasn't an issue for us. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Hi, Everything was perfect. Arrival at the accommodation was very simple thanks to the explanations of the owner who is very friendly. The accommodation is very clean with everything you need, with its terrace to enjoy a quiet moment and have a good time. Its proximity to the beaches, shops and small towns such as Hyères, Carqueiranne, the Giens peninsula as well as the big city of Toulon and also the departure for the Porquerolles islands, makes it an indispensable asset for anyone who doesn't want stress. Very beautiful house in La Capte. Very beautiful garden with very nice outdoor furniture! Presence of many amenities as indicated (washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue...). Projector in the room is very nice. Beach 5 min walk. Very nice shops and restaurants 5–10 min walk. Bus line 67 is a 10-minute walk away. Everything is doable without a car. In short, thank you Césario and Claire for hosting us. We'll be back. :)

This is my second time staying here and it's always a pleasure. The accommodation is well located, within walking distance, and very pleasant. The host is welcoming and really friendly. We feel that everything is carefully thought out for the comfort of guests. The area is easily accessible, whether by car or transport, with idyllic landscapes, perfect for families as well as seasoned athletes. All amenities are close by. An excellent stay once again, thank you!
