Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Les Salelles

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

A perfect little house to escape to! Ideally located in the Cévennes, super quiet, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. With a swimming pool and beautiful pétanque court… And available, responsive and very friendly hosts!

We had a great time at this beautiful place. The house is wonderfully embedded in nature. It is very quiet, you only hear the sound of nature, the stream, the animals. From there we had many opportunities to hike with our dog. Banne and the surrounding places are wonderful for those who love hiking or the countryside. It was very clean and beautifully built and furnished. Anne was very nice and discreet. We were able to enjoy this privacy very much. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. If you love peace, nature and freedom, this place is fantastic. A beautiful, diverse environment with many hiking trails just next door, but also further away. We explored the region by car and took several walks with the dog. But coming back was always a party, and then received a warm welcome from Wallace, in a nice, well-kept and tasteful cottage with everything. Admired the starry night from the deck chair and the last night a thunderstorm spectacle as a cherry on top. Haryhanta provided the delicious and fresh eggs in time and she was ready if we needed anything. Highly recommended and we would love to come back to discover more in the Cévennes at Harryhanta.

We stayed with a group of three families in this accommodation and immediately felt on vacation. The house is beautifully located and stylishly furnished. The pool is wonderful and offers a lot of fun for all ages. The additional amenities and the ample space in the house leave nothing to be desired. We are very happy to have found this house and can very well imagine being a guest here again. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts!

Great stay in the Cevennes. The cottage is very well-appointed, quiet, surrounded by nature. The jacuzzi is a big +, private and accessible at any time. Priscillia is a very friendly host.

The house is very private and peaceful with a lovely terrace to watch the mountains. So many nice places to sit and relax. The home is well equipped, cosy and calm. We had a great time, the setting is beautiful with a beautiful view and tranquility, the accommodation is perfect and well decorated, we enjoyed the plancha, the jacuzzi and the pool. The host is super responsive to any requests. i highly recommend this place.

We had a great 2 weeks at Steeve's. I came with my husband and our dog to recharge our batteries and go on beautiful hikes. The house and garden are very well furnished. The pool, jacuzzi, and petanque court were very much appreciated! Steeve was great, very responsive to every message, he even dropped off charcoal so we could have a bbq. We can only recommend it! Thanks to Steeve for his kindness, we'll be back with pleasure!

Alison and Costas are a dream team. Excellent hosts with a beautiful chateau for you to enjoy. Aline is great too. You’ll have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Great food and activity recommendations in the booklet. Be sure to visit all the markets you can, and try and eat at Le Flores- which was the perfect lazy lunch venue.

Lovely time. A total disconnection excellent for recharging and disconnecting from everyday life. Very nice, responsive and attentive hosts. A great life lesson about ecology (dry toilets) Thank you very much for this beautiful time. :)

What a gem l'Orangerie is🍊 A super beautiful and stylish stay in a green environment. Equipped with delicious local soaps, products and even the linens and towels smell wonderful. Jess & Julian are incredibly welcoming and helpful and made for a carefree vacation! Highly recommended to stay here and wonderful to relax and swim in the spacious pool☀️💚 Tim & Stefan

very nice people with love and respect for nature that is reflected in everything. wonderful garden. we felt at home and very welcome. the way up was a challenge for us but doable.

If you're looking to escape to nature and calm, this is the perfect place. It was a relaxing stay. We were able to enjoy the outdoors and the terrace in the evening, even at the beginning of November. Romain and Lana are very friendly and it was nice to share a few conversations with them. The cottage is very functional, you can cook easily. The only thing to know is that the room is not completely closed and as we were with our 9-month-old baby it was sometimes a little more complicated for naps without complete darkness. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the cottage.

Beautiful setting and the view is really worth it! The farmhouse is at the top of a slope (accessible by going slowly). You are surrounded by woods overlooking the mountains! The cottage is cute and clean, there is everything you need! The pool is great and then Caro and Arnaud are super nice and welcoming, just like their little dog, Susie! We had a very pleasant stay, we highly recommend this place 😊 we went with our little dog who could walk freely in the farmhouse.

Marion's cottage is great! It is nicely decorated and the outdoor space with the hammocks on the tree were favorites with us. The fireplace also gave a lot of atmosphere in the evening. From the house you can take very nice walks and during your walk you will come across places where you can swim /take a dip. So even in summer it is very nice to be here (we were there in winter, although we still had many sunny days). Depoudent itself is a mini hamlet, but at not too long driving distance you have various nice villages. We would recommend this place to anyone who loves peace, nature & hiking:-)!
