Enjoy a quiet wooded setting, while being close to the city center. A parking space is reserved for you in our private cul-de-sac. Located on the floor of the wooden extension of our residence, you can access it by a staircase and a wooden walkway. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility

Cozy refurbished 24 m² studio. It has a 140 x 190 bed and a small EXTRA sofa bed (1 child or 1 teenager). The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Located in the heart of the Ponts de Cé (St Maurille district), charming studio in a quiet and recent residence with private parking space. 1st-floor apartment with elevator and intercom. 100 m from all shops (renowned bakery, florist, pharmacy, delicatessen, caterer, etc.). Hypermarket 2 km away. The beautiful banks of the Loire accessible on foot and Angers is 5 minutes by car or public transport (7 days a week). I look forward to welcoming you.

Single-family house on one level with its garden that can accommodate 4-6 guests. Located 10 minutes from Angers city center and close to buses and shops. Easy access via the ring road. The Loire and the Loire circuit by bike are nearby. Baby equipment upon request. If necessary, we can take care of, as an option, the sheets + towels (€7/pers package) and/or the exit cleaning (package €50/stay). Just let us know when you book.

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.

Charming "bord de Loire" loft, very bright, 50 m2, refurbished, offers you all the necessary comforts to allow you to have a pleasant stay. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen (new appliances), a very cozy living room, a bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. A pretty garden with its lean-to completes this loft, in an idyllic setting.
