Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.

The Workshop

Studio on the 1st floor, in downtown Les Pieux Dynamic village (about 70 shops and 3 supermarkets). Sciotot beaches less than 2 km away Less than 5 km from Flamanville power station. New apartment, all amenities, for a couple (with one bedroom, kitchen open to living room, toilet in the bathroom). Towels and bedding are provided, an extra blanket is available in addition to the duvet. Pets not allowed.

Studio Margotte – Les Pieux

Looking for a place to stay for business trips or for a stay in Cotentin. La Margotte is a duplex studio in the center of Les Pieux, located on a pedestrian street, close to all shops and restaurants. The post office parking lot is the closest (less than 100 meters). The mezzanine bed is reserved for people with great mobility but there is a bed in a sofa bed on the first level.

La Boulangerie - Beach, surf or farniente
