Let me start by telling you this place is absolute gem 💎. The view of Mont Blanc will be the highlight of your trip. It is literally breathtaking right from the house. The Jacuzzi was awesome. The town is like a ferry tale. You will be very fortunate if you book this place. I’ve been all over the planet and this is one of the coolest locations I’ve ever stayed.

Hélène's accommodation is very well-equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a very attentive and available host. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

Christophe was warm and hospitable, meeting us both and check-in and check-out, sharing tips and information about the region and giving a walkthrough of the place. We very much enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the hot tub after long days out. I would certainly recommend it for travelers who are on the move during the day and looking for a quiet place to rest for the night.

The accommodation is very nice, very well-equipped and pleasant to stay in. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking in community and spices. You feel at home! It is ideal for a stay for three couples with children, the double bedroom on the mezzanine is a little small for adults. The accommodation is very well located for all surrounding activities I will happily return

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the lockbox is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the area and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

This is a beautiful place to stay

It is a view of the beautiful Lake Annecy and the huge mountain. Thanks to the clean garden and the friendly landlord, I rested comfortably.

We rented this accommodation for a wedding in Karellis, the resort is a 5-minute drive. Genevieve is discreet but present if you need advice, enough to feel at home. The accommodation is very clean and functional! The small terrace with the view is a big plus. The setting is ideal for bike lovers, Galibier, Madeleine, Croix de Fer, you choose. A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

We went as a group of 4 to spend a moment of change of scenery at Sebastien's and we had enough room for all of us in the chalet. Accommodation is nice, the street is peaceful & there are a lot of activities in the surroundings. Sebastien is welcoming, friendly & makes good apple pies for the arrival of guests! Beautiful attention I recommend
