New apartment of 50m2 on the ground floor of a chalet located in Prémanon 10 min walk from the slopes of Les Jouvencelles resort. 2 bedrooms: 1 parent bedroom with 2 juxtaposed beds and 1 children's room with 3 bunk beds. 10 min from the center of Les Rousses, 5 min from Prémanon and 35 min from Nyon (Switzerland, Lake Geneva). In winter provide special equipment ( chain or snow tire). The accommodation has a raclette, fondue and crepe machine. You can also enjoy a wood-burning stove.

You will enjoy an entrance with storage, a bedroom with a 90/190 bunk bed (possibility of 1 + mattress), the living room incorporates a living room with 140/200 bedding, a kitchen with the essentials for friendly meals. The bathroom also has the toilet. You benefit from a parking space as well as direct access to a terrace of 20 m² with views of nature.

Also possible to snowshoe from the apartment or the villages. In summer the region offers lakes, hikes, summer sleds, cycling, mountain biking, tree climbing...
