Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Les Essarts-le-Roi

If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! Fantastic place and host. The view is as the pictures show and even better. A/C was great for us Americans in a hot Paris summer. Apartment is stocked with everything you could need and Loic was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend!

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

The apartment is beautiful, well-decorated and very spacious (especially for this area of Paris). The home is beautifully kept, and the outside patio was wonderful at the end of the day. It sits just below the Eglise St Gervais, so you have a beautiful view of the church and are able to hear the church bells around mid day. This is one of our favorite rentals in Paris and we would highly recommend. Bergere was a pleasure to work with, and she was responsive to all of our questions along the way.

We had a great stay in this lovely property, Apolline was a great host, helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is beautiful in a good location if you don’t mind being a little out from the action. It would have been easier also for self check in/out rather than having to meet for key pick up/drop off, convenience for both sides.

Samuel’s flat was perfect for my boyfriend and me. We stayed in Paris for two nights and the location was a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and nearby restaurants. We would definitely book with Samuel again.

The apartment is very clean modern and convenient. It does feel like the pictures - I had some worry about sound because it’s a Parisian apartment with fairly thin walls but the building was very quiet so this was a non issue. I had no direct communication with the host because there was no need to everything was as advertised, but they seemed very proactive. 10/10 would recommend !

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was very clean, peaceful, and perfectly located just a short walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. Everything was exactly as described, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. The place was spotless. We were 10 adults for a birthday and the comfort was there. The house is extremely well-equipped with a lot of utensils and other things in the kitchen in particular, we didn't want for anything. Everything was clean, well done! The layout of the rooms is very practical and there are 3 bathrooms and individual toilets which is very practical when there are many people. The garden was also very nice, and the barbecue convenient. The only small surprise was the proximity to the second house of the condominium which is located right next door, but we were not bothered (and hope we did not bother). Olivier was very responsive to messages and accommodating. Everything went smoothly and it was really nice! The house is located close to a bus stop so it's very convenient if you don't have a car. No shops in the immediate vicinity, however. Very quiet neighborhood. Recommended!

We were very happy to stay in this comfortable house with undeniable charm where the family spirit reigns supreme. Large indoor spaces and a large garden surrounding the house allowed all generations to find the right entertainment. We enjoyed the calm and nature, no one was disappointed! It is a place that does not leave you indifferent and that excites and amazes young children.

A small haven of peace, bright, refined and bathed in roses, close to nature and the pretty little town of Montfort l'Amaury. A pleasure!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We stayed 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom there is a large shower right at the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That is enough for showering, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen as well. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but should be standard. Space would be plentiful. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. The degree in front of the kitchenette was not completely harmless. The unit does not have AC. This is inconvenient to summer time. The view is priceless. Views over the city are fantastic.

The location was brilliant, the space at Katie was so well thought out and brilliantly equipped and furnished. So many local restaurants, bars, shops a wonderful local food market selling fresh organic foods. so peaceful to walk around late at night, but easy to get to the iconic attractions in Paris. I would definitely book again : )

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.
