Jean Yves and Sandrine were very responsive and hosted us perfectly when we had a car breakdown on the way and therefore had to delay our arrival. The breakfast offered is generous and we enjoyed the fresh bread in the morning. The spacious and well-equipped accommodation is a very good surprise. A quick note for Lol, a very playful and friendly dog who participates in the excellent quality of the welcome. We recommend it and will be happy to come back if we have a chance.

We had an exceptional stay at Amaury's with 13 people, with friends. The house is beautiful, spacious and perfectly suited to accommodate a large group. Everyone was able to fully enjoy the many activities offered: swimming pool, tennis court, badminton, foosball, ping-pong... There was something for everyone! The interior is warm, very well-equipped, with comfortable bedding, a large friendly kitchen and a superb sitting area. Amaury was an available, discreet, attentive, and always responsive host to our requests. We leave with wonderful memories and will not hesitate to return! Thank you so much!

A beautiful property, rural French charm outside but modern and clean inside. The garden is gorgeous with a big pool, plenty of seating and space for everyone. The cycle routes in the local area are fantastic, plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking. A short drive to Épernon and a 45 minute trip into Gare Montparnasse makes trips to Paris super easy. Very peaceful and quiet, a wonderful spot for a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

Beautiful house where absolutely nothing is missing. Very clean, with a welcoming interior and exterior that makes you want to extend the stay by a few more days. Mylène is attentive, always reachable and simply very kind. Recommended!

This house and these grounds were the perfect place for our vacation together with four other families. The place is even more beautiful in real life than it is in photos and it’s big enough that it was easy to find quiet spaces for privacy and multiple communal spaces for hanging out. We spent the entire time cooking together in groups in the kitchen and eating together. The kids had a blast with a different toys and activities available, and they even found tiny little frogs near the pond. We’re already discussing when we can manage our calendars to come here again, because we are hard-pressed to think of another place that could be this perfect for us. Lamisse was also an exceptional host. She was super responsive to our various questions and provided us with the flexibility. We needed to get into the house a little early to accommodate a family flying in from abroad with a baby.

Great Real family home. Located in the heart of Poigny, this magnificent building has remained in its original state... which gives it all its charm. We stayed there with our (big) kids and were able to enjoy the 6 large bedrooms each with their own bathrooms! The very large living rooms with kitchen and office are great for family gatherings. The fireplace adds a real plus even though the heating is perfect throughout the house. A beautiful park also allows you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine.

Sabine was truly an amazing hostess! She took us in like we were family and was super helpful. The place is beautiful and located in a peaceful spot. Chartres is a city that is quite close where you can do loads of great stuff or you can easily take the train there to do a day in Paris. We had an amazing stay!

We had a great weekend. The accommodation is nice, bright and very quiet (special mention to the birdsong🐦‍⬛). In addition to the very nice decor, it is necessary to underline the extreme cleanliness of the place (and God knows that my wife is demanding😅). The bathroom is modern, the hot water tank has a small autonomy but you have to think about the planet 🌍 Just one small tip to further optimize this incredible accommodation, a blind on the front door would offer more privacy and reduce light in the morning☀️. Laura and Thibault were very nice and responsive, we'll be back with pleasure🤩

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

The place was spotless. We were 10 adults for a birthday and the comfort was there. The house is extremely well-equipped with a lot of utensils and other things in the kitchen in particular, we didn't want for anything. Everything was clean, well done! The layout of the rooms is very practical and there are 3 bathrooms and individual toilets which is very practical when there are many people. The garden was also very nice, and the barbecue convenient. The only small surprise was the proximity to the second house of the condominium which is located right next door, but we were not bothered (and hope we did not bother). Olivier was very responsive to messages and accommodating. Everything went smoothly and it was really nice! The house is located close to a bus stop so it's very convenient if you don't have a car. No shops in the immediate vicinity, however. Very quiet neighborhood. Recommended!

Great little spot to stay at the night before returning to Paris from Normandy WW2 activities. About 1.5 hours drive to the central paris and the train station. Host was great, property was clean and as described. The kids enjoyed playing the console. Thanks for having us

It was an absolutely beautiful house with even more beautiful surroundings! Sylvie is a very friendly and helpful host and I wish we stayed longer! Also very accomodating towards young children! Our 5 month old slept through the night in the baby bed!

Great stay at Agnes! His house is located in a quiet village. The two gardens surrounding the house are perfect for enjoying the setting. We appreciated the small touches and the fact that the house offers independent and well-equipped night spaces, each with its own bathroom. Agnes was reactivated and flexible.
