Welcome! We look forward to welcoming you during your stay in the heart of the Loire Valley Regional Natural Park. Anjou is renowned not only for its mild climate but also for its unspoiled natural surroundings along the Loire, its vineyards, its châteaux, and its new casino… You will be staying in a small renovated and comfortable barn (35m2) with access to the garden with animals (pony, goat and chickens) as well as its swimming pool (in season depending on the weather) , its spa and its pétanque court.

La Terrasse du Loir gîte 3 km from La Flèche Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool, and not overlooked. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022; it is heated to 29° In 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1, inclusive. In 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1, inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Capacity of the accommodation 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 hp).

Welcome to Clos des Levées! Enjoy a charming cottage completely renovated in a typical property on the banks of the Loire. The cottage, which benefits from its independent entrance with direct access to the outdoor spaces of the enclosed area as well as to the shared, heated (in season) swimming pool, combines the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. You will find a bright living room with open kitchen as well as a bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200) open to its shower room.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

Our cottage "La maison des Vendangeurs", located in the Loire Valley in the heart of Anjou, offers an ideal starting point for visiting castles, vineyards and all kinds of cultural, gastronomic and nature discoveries with family or friends. Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

Our house is 20 minutes from Angers in the heart of the Loire Valley castles. At the top of a hill, it has a beautiful view of the countryside. Completely renovated, you will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay in Anjou. In summer you will have access to a beautiful heated swimming pool (from May to September except in bad weather) and private terrace with an unobstructed view of the valley. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the city of Angers.

Trailer in the heart of Anjou

Come and rest in the countryside in our trailer, halfway between Angers and Saumur, close to the banks of the Loire Located on a plot of more than one hectare, your neighbors will be goats and sheep! Whether you are a couple or a family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from the La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards, etc.)

Gîte at the foot of horses

Old forge of the "Moulin de Palet", the gîte offers you a splendid setting in the heart of Anjou. A place bathed in the surrounding nature, you will be able to enjoy this 65 m² cottage by the river in complete tranquility. Our two horses will be your neighbours for the duration of your stay. Meals and breakfast possible on request. WIFI and bed linen provided. 5 min from the highway you can reach Angers, Saumur or La Flèche in 30 min.

Le Manoir du Coureau, located less than 200 meters from the banks of the Loire, will seduce you with its lush setting. The charm of old stones in a green setting: it is a true haven of peace. It offers an ideal location for many nearby activities: castle tours, vineyards, hiking, Loire Valley cycling, canoeing, horseback riding, etc. The maximum occupancy for this listing is 10 people, day or night. No parties or receptions allowed.
