Welcome! We look forward to welcoming you during your stay in the heart of the Loire Valley Regional Natural Park. Anjou is renowned not only for its mild climate but also for its unspoiled natural surroundings along the Loire, its vineyards, its châteaux, and its new casino… You will be staying in a small renovated and comfortable barn (35m2) with access to the garden with animals (pony, goat and chickens) as well as its swimming pool (in season depending on the weather) , its spa and its pétanque court.

Romantic and quiet atmosphere in a charming apartment to discover the "sweetness of Angevine". 75 m² air-conditioned duplex with a private garden where there is a living room and outdoor kitchen, surrounded by nature. However, no parties or noisy behavior are possible. The Spa is open year-round and indoors, the pool is covered and heated from June to September. Shops 3 minutes away. La Flèche Zoo is 30 minutes away. River, beach and castle 5 minutes away. Nice hikes from the house. Ideal for families.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Come and rest in the countryside in our trailer, halfway between Angers and Saumur, close to the banks of the Loire Located on a plot of more than one hectare, your neighbors will be goats and sheep! Whether you are a couple or a family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from the La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards, etc.)

La Terrasse du Loir gîte 3 km from La Flèche Zoo

Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² cottage open since 2021, ideally located by the Loir and about 3 km from the La Flèche Zoo. The property can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The gite, the swimming pool, and all outside areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You do not share the pool with the owners or with other vacationers. The entire property is not overlooked.

A place bathed in the surrounding nature, you will be able to enjoy this 65 m² cottage by the river in complete tranquility. Our two horses will be your neighbours for the duration of your stay.
