Independent accommodation of 31 m2: a living room (25 m2) and a bathroom of 6 m2. Two 20 m2 terraces with an outdoor shower. Access to a private (saltwater) pool (12 m by 3.2 m) on an estate of 1.2 ha. The pool is open from May until the end of October. Petanque court. New house, semi-detached on the west side, 65 m2, facing south, southeast on the ASSIONS hill. Located below the old stone village of Bosc, access to the private parking and the cottage is via a path set back from the road. The gîte is bordered on the east side by a field of olive trees and on the south side by a small wood guaranteeing absolute calm. Close to the Chassezac River, gorges, Païolive woods and hikes. Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.
