Independent accommodation of 31 m2: a living room (25 m2) and a bathroom of 6 m2. Two 20 m2 terraces with an outdoor shower. Access to a private (saltwater) pool (12 m by 3.2 m) on an estate of 1.2 ha. The pool is open from May until the end of October. Petanque court. Isabelle welcomes you to her comfortable bioclimatic gîte: air conditioning, wifi, wooden terrace, small garden and parking. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.
