Independent accommodation of 31 m2: a living room (25 m2) and a bathroom of 6 m2. Two 20 m2 terraces with an outdoor shower. Access to a private (saltwater) pool (12 m by 3.2 m) on an estate of 1.2 ha. The pool is open from May until the end of October. Petanque court.
