Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Les Anses-d'Arlet

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

Functional accommodation, great location in Grande Anse, 3 min walk to a beautiful beach with fish and turtles. Stunning views over the cove with unforgettable sunsets. We appreciated the snorkeling masks and tubes available. The bedding is of good quality, and each bed has a mosquito net. We enjoyed the air conditioning as well as the fans in the accommodation. Small supermarkets are available near the accommodation, as well as beachfront restaurants. Our on-site contact was very responsive, very friendly and very accommodating. Would do it again without hesitation!

Very nice private villa, 2 steps from the beach, the mythical church and some shops. Parking is easy outside. The terrace is very flowery and filled with birds. The large bedroom is spacious, the second, also pretty, has a private terrace with outdoor shower, all under a green setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Too bad the toilets are integrated into the bathroom. The latter deserves a refresh, a real facelift. But what a pleasure to have spent our vacation at Patrick's, who is a very beautiful person. We'll be happy to go back to his place.

A big thank you again to Jean-Luc for his kindness and availability. We were finally accommodated in the apartment above with exceptional views of Petite Anse, a nice surprise on arrival! The accommodation is very functional with a superb terrace and all the necessary equipment. The accommodation is clean and comfortable even though some rooms could be renovated. Go there without so much as a second thought!

The studio offered by Sylvain is functional, has a very nice exterior in a quiet environment. Our host had great advice for places to visit and things to do. Thank you very much!

Week of May 10 to 17, 2025 in Carbet. Superb location! Close to bakery and restaurant Petibonum and rum shop Neison. Beautiful sea view and proximity! Place near St-Pierre and Morne Rouge for a lot of sightseeing! Bring water shoes as there are pebbles up to 5 meters away in the sea. Very long beach for walking without sargassum. Nice apartment and full of amenities for the beach. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Maybe there should be an outdoor shower to remove sand when returning from the beach. Apartment as pictured. Marie-Laure was so welcoming and kind, greeting us with the most delicious home-made mango juice upon our arrival. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times, and helped us when we needed recommendations. The view is spectacular, and the pool is lovely. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who comes to Martinique.

Bertrand and Clementine's place was great—clean, well equipped, and with a beautiful view. The apartment is located uphill, away from the downtown area but close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and other local activities. Parking is available, which was super convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place!

We just ended our stay with family (2 adults, 2 children) for 10 days at Johanna's and everything was perfect. Waking up every morning with the sea view couldn't have been better. The kitchen is very functional and super well equipped, the impeccable bedding is very comfortable. Johanna is totally available and super welcoming. I recommend it without a second thought, if we have to come back we will be happy to come back to your place.

The accommodation is nestled high up offering a lovely view of the landscape. The apartment is well decorated and functional. A/C is more than appreciated! A pool and hot tub are shared with the other accommodation. Residents above, Anne-Sophie and Kamel are very available and did not fail to share addresses + things to do on the island. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb. This place is undoubtedly in the top 5 apartments rented on Airbnb. Upon arrival, we were struck by the luxurious and spacious appearance of the apartment. Everything was super clean, which is an essential criterion for us. The luxury bedding deserves a special mention – we felt like we were in a 5-star hotel with unparalleled comfort. Virginia was an exemplary host, very responsive and attentive to our needs. His availability went a long way in making our stay even more enjoyable. We are already planning our next stay for 2026 and can't wait to visit again!

Great 10-day stay in this beautiful and peaceful setting, a shared pool but we meet there to share our experiences, and we often enjoy it alone. A very pleasant accommodation. I recommend you come and discover this beautiful place.

My only complaint about staying here is that we eventually had to leave. What a wonderful getaway. Perfectly located with unobstructed views of the ocean and diamant. Walkable to many great restaurants. 11/10 cannot recommend highly enough.

I will mention, like other guests, the lack of comfort of the sofa bed but it will be changed. The apartment is true to the photos, the view is exceptional, the walking distance to the beach and shops is nice. There are beautiful beaches and villages nearby, it is an ideal location for a stay in Martinique.

A perfect welcome. Luca is very considerate and always available to answer our questions. The apartment itself perfectly matches the description and opens onto a beautiful terrace overlooking a real postcard of Fort-de-France Bay. Only downside is the proximity to the very busy road which is a little intrusive at first. The beach directly accessible below the property is very peaceful and pretty, you will forget the 120 steps and 3 locked gates to access it. We spent a month there, from mid-January to mid-February this year and we have great memories of it. Françoise and Eric

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

The views are incredible and Roseline is more than friendly! We were able to taste the specialties by ordering him a meal ... better than at the restaurant! We recommend it!!

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . Aurélie was very nice and helpful when we arrived. The accommodation is located in a quiet subdivision and 10 min walk from the beach of Petite Anse. Very functional apartment with appliances available and with air conditioning of the 2 bedrooms. A little extra: Each room has its own shower room.

Great stay at Jean-Luc and Julie's. Warm welcome despite our late arrival. Close to Anse D'Arlets beach, great for families Shops nearby around the corner. Small lock issue that didn't affect our stay I would recommend it!
