All touristic spots easily reachable thanks to 2 subway lines and a bus. Walking distance from the Père Lachaise cemetery (10 mn) and the Marais district (25 mn). Many foodstores, nice cafés and restaurants around.

Relax in this quiet space and enjoy a garden in the heart of Paris. The apartment consists of a living/dining room, kitchen and laundry room on the upper floor. On the lower floor, a spacious bedroom with double bed (and its bathroom with large shower) overlooks a green garden and is not overlooked. A sofa bed in the living room offers two extra beds. The apartment is close to the legendary Père Lachaise Cemetery (Gambetta Metro Line 3).

Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
