The barn is the second property on the location meaning you will be greeted by the host with a warm multi-lingual welcome. You will have complete privacy.

We offer a completely independent apartment, inside our wooded park. You have an entrance for your car and a private garden under the trees on one side and the other, a pretty terrace allows you to enjoy the serenity of the park and access the pool. A fishing pond, Lake Taste, offers a dream walk 2 minutes from the accommodation and the immense forest of the Landes opens its doors to you from there. Bazas and its cathedral, Sauternes and the vineyard are nearby.

In this atypical and new apartment you will find all the comforts necessary for 3 people. Created in a former winery, you will be in a quiet location 3 minutes from Marmande. Green space and free parking on site. Consisting of a living room on the ground floor with equipped kitchen and welcome tray, sitting area. Upstairs, a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 190 bed, a bathroom and toilet not separated We provide you with bed sheets, along with bath towels and linens.
