Host was super kind and helpful. The house was clean and tidy, everything was available you need. Kalamaria is my favorite neighborhood in Thessaloniki, it has a nice street parallel to coast, and many cafes, fish restaurants alongside the coastal line.

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

The house is very close to the beach and to the main road passing through Agiokampos. The second floor has a nice big balcony with a view to the sea. The house interior is a bit outdated and some of the rooms need better lighting but still it is equipped well enough and has all you need for a nice family holiday. The most important part is the courtyard - it is huge and well maintained and suggests spending most of your time on the outside. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and to run around and there are several well-arranged cosy seating areas suitable for dining, having coffee or just spending your time on the outside. The place leaves the impression for a caring and industrious host. Excellent attitude and case on the part of the host!

Dimitris apartment had everything we needed. it's very close to the beach and many good restaurants and supermarket. ita also close to public transport. Dimitri was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

Our stay at George's place was great. The house was clean, comfortable and right at the beach. Antonis was responsive and very helpful with recommendations

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! Above and beyond! Makrygialos is a paradise holiday destination where you won't meet too many tourists but Greeks flee from the big cities. You can easily spend time there using the beautiful surrounding beaches, but Dion and Litochoro are just around the corner. The house is large, clean, air-conditioned, the garden is hospitable and well-maintained with a pool where you can cool down. From the balcony you can see the Gulf of Terma, and on a clear day of the Chalckydycsky Peninsula. Hosts will host you like family or friends, but without intrusions or privacy. They will advise where to eat and where to go - they spend their holidays there from the child and know the best part. When you make friends with them, they'll treat you with local treats and vegetables from the garden. Nowhere will you experience more what Greece is than here!

My existing reservation cancelled on me one day prior to my flight to Greece. I was able to secure Foteinhs’s place right away. She returned my message and confirmed reservation within minutes. She wasn’t available to check me in, in person but it wasn’t her fault and she made it exceptionally easy to get inside and make myself at home. Her place is not particularly easy to find however, she responded immediately and consistently when I contacted her for assistance. Her place was well equipped, immaculately cared for and clean, and very peaceful relaxing. Loved the pool. The beds are not very comfortable, but if you like a very firm bed then you will be ok. I loved everything about my stay.

The beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking spots are available for multiple cars. The house is fully equipped and it is very cozy. Perfect place for a family vacation. The beach is 5 minutes away by walk. Plenty of taverna's and beach bars are accessable on foot (5 min away). The hosts, Eva and her daughter were super friendly. They helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much for your hospitality and hope to see you next summer!

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.

What a gem of a place - perfect for what we needed, somewhere peaceful right by the beach with our own private pool. My four-year-old daughter absolutely loved this place and so did we, everything was clean tidy and the beds were comfortable. There’s a lovely little Greek restaurant just around the corner we ate there three times during our stay . Hopefully we can come to visit again soon and thank you for being such a great host.

Very nice place to stay! The owners are super friendly and very helpful if you need something. The Location was good for a relaxing vacation, but there isn‘t too much going on. The House was perfect for our stay, we had many kitchen supplies that we were allowed to use. The beds aren‘t too comfortable but the rest is perfect:)

Definitely ultra high recommend place if you want to visit Thessaloniki. Beautiful apartment with all possible things you can imagine. 10 stars from me!

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

Wonderful place to spent holidays! Penelope, the host, was very friendly and helpful. The mansion we stayed at, was lovely and spacious. Every room had balconies and the terrace was in front of the sea. We had the best time and will reccommend this place to our friends!

From Theodoros picking us up at the airport to the end of our two week stay, we had a wonderful experience! The place was very clean, fully stocked, and literally steps from the water. At the end of our first week, Theodoros dropped off clean linens, towels, and fabulous Greek pastries! This was in addition to the bottle of wine and a variety of drinks in the refrigerator upon our arrival. The hosts thought of everything that anyone would need when vacationing. The sliders from the living room and bedroom open onto a balcony with spectacular views of the Aegean. You don’t need a car because there are fantastic restaurants and shops just steps away. I hope we’re able to return, and if we do, we will be booking with Theodoros!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Niko’s parents were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was smooth and everything was well prepared. We had a pleasant stay, the place is very peaceful and beautiful, with a magnificent sea view. We were a three-minute walk to the beach. There is plenty to eat five minutes from the apartment. We were 30 minutes (Thessaloniki city) from a lovely neighbor who prepared incredibly good Greek specialties for us. I thank Maria. I highly recommend this Airbnb. We were able to see young people playing soccer with large boxes, which was unusual for us but especially funny. It was our very first trip and we would do it again. We'd love to. I thank Mr. Pantelis for his attention, his patience, we were very late he waited for us until our arrival. Don't hesitate, the place is beautiful. It was a pleasant stay in Greece.
