The Annex - Not accessible PRM Holiday home on Noirmoutier Island in a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by a 700 m2 enclosed garden. The Océan beach and the Eloux beach are the closest, less than 500 m away, the center of L'Epine is 350 m away, and the Bois des Eloux is 200 m away. It is next to the bike paths for visiting the island and many amenities. Fully renovated and equipped with wifi internet.

Set back from the street, two gardens (front with the possibility to park your car, and back, quiet without overlooking) allow you to spend wonderful moments!
