Deer, hog, roadrunners, rabbit and many more have been spotted on the property. The covered porch is amazing for stargazing at night or for relaxing and enjoying the silence. Everything in this place is well thought of. Everything available from a tooth brush to firewood to enjoy a nice campfire at night. Place is secluded with ample space and privacy, trees everywhere. The only downside is noise from road. I believe that was some sort of ATV racing while we were down there, but this is out of hosts control.

Katherine’s house is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed the unique art and atmosphere that the house had. The fresh flowers throughout the house were a wonderful touch. We loved the tiny plates as drink holders to protect the beautiful furniture. The location is perfect to get to the adorable town center which had good shops and a great vibe and close to the family we were visiting. Katherine was easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions. She went above and beyond to mail a forgotten item to us.

We had a mold issue with a local hotel during a baseball tournament and had to quickly vacate our hotel room. No other rooms available in the area. Luckily Katherine had an opening and we were able to get in within a few hours. It was great. Completely reinvigorated our trip. Great location. Very nice. Only wish we could have stayed there longer.

This was our second time staying at the ranch for our annual family sleepover, and we had a great time. We had a problem with the AC, and Srivani was quick to respond and got someone out to fix it right away. The backyard is beautiful and was the perfect place to hang out and have fun family time in the pool.
