Excelente lugar, muy amable Linda Y Ricardo para responder, la casa cuenta con todas las comodidades de la foto, muy acogedora, y con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. La pasamos muy bien, muy seguros, en el lugar pasan muchos taxis para un .ejercicio transporte. Quedamos muy satisfechos, y esperamos regresar.

The apartment is big, beautiful spaces, very clean, and equipped with more than we need . we usually sleep in places who only has air conditioning, however we didint feel any probloem here, if you open the windows, its ok. nice wind coming in however , there is noise from the road early in the morning

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at this charming little apartment. Surrounded by peaceful trees, it provided the perfect balance of comfort and modern amenities. it's a beautiful oasis of nature and peace. The apartment is spacious, clean, private but with lots of natural light, the bed was comfy and the bathroom clean, the A/C worked perfectly but to be honest with such amazing weather you barely need it, the location climate is amazing. The host was friendly, gracious and welcoming, however she gave us our space while making herself available to us if needed, bottom line we felt right at home. My partner and I spent a great night there and we feel it is the perfect place for a getaway, next time we'll spend more time.

The apartment was beautiful and had plenty of amenities including washer and dryer. The hosts were also super nice and very attentive. Hosts replied quickly and found solutions to issues if any. The only issues were that the area was a bit noisy with dogs barking outside. Bugs that would enter other hotels also made a way in after rainfall which was annoying. Overall better than most places you can stay in Esteli with great hosts. Would overall definitely come back!

Although Fernando had another guest in the small room we normally book, he graciously offered us one of his larger rooms instead. Worked-out great! We love staying at Fernando's!

La casa del sr. Fernando es muy limpia y bonita y cuenta con todas las facilidades: ducha caliente, aire acondicionado, y una cocina completa. El recibimiento fue muy amable y la estadía muy amena. La ubicación fue ideal para nuestros planes y la seguridad fue primordial. Altamente recomendado.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house/hostel. The rooms are nicely air conditioned. Wifi works great. Easy walk to the centre. Near supermarket and bakery. Like most hostels in Nicaragua, the front door is locked and you have to wait to be let in. Generally it was fast, but sometimes the female attendant was slow to come to the door (once we waited 20 minutes). Apart from that, everything was great and we recommend this place.

Beautiful place in the heart of Leon. Room is super specious with high ceiling. Bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom is spacious, clean, and well stocked. I didn’t mind the lack of AC since the fan does a good job. It was easy to get around the city and visit all tourist attractions. I didn’t use the swimming pool but it’s a wonderful touch to the place. I had a vegetarian lunch, which was delicious. I would have liked to return for dinner or more but the person who served me looked annoyed by my presence, so I was afraid to return … maybe having a bad day?. If you’re in Leon, you should definitely stay here.
