Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Leon

What made our stay at Gabriela's place was the outdoor space, which was furnished incredibly, comfortable, clean and cool pool, and we spent most of our time there. The views could not be better, the surf was right there for us. We ate out for our meals, so we didn't use the kitchen. The absolutely BEST part of this trip for us was Ray, Angela, Sasha, and their furry pets Max & Gerry. They took such incredible care of us, and they immediately felt like family. We were sad to part ways with them. Keep note that this property is on the far north end of El Transito, so if you are wanting to surf main break, it is about a 10 minute walk each way.

Wow, no words for this beautiful place. From the very first moment, we felt at home with Doña Francis and her husband. Such kind people! They immediately made us feel comfortable and gave us lots of tips throughout our stay. We had many conversations with them in Spanish, but they also gave us all the space we needed to do our own thing. We even ended up staying longer because it was so lovely! If you're in León, you have to go here. Not only will you improve your Spanish (if you don’t speak it yet), but you’ll also learn a lot about the culture. 10/10 — we’re going to miss them!

My husband, our friends and our kids stayed at Jared and Jenn's for 3 days. The property is amazing, with a path right from the back door to the beach and beautiful tide pools up and down the beach that are great for kids, it was much safer than other open ocean areas. It was very clean when we checked in, Fran is amazing and so kind. Emir was great and found fresh fish for us in the village each day. Wifi was good and air conditioners were well maintained and cold.You will need a high clearance vehicle like a truck or SUV to get back to the house, it's an undeveloped road but it wasn't any issue with our truck and it's only 1km. You walk from the house along the beach to the center of El Transito in about 30-40 minutes. After being in El Transito one night, I see why the road is like that, it keeps the beach where the house is super clean, quiet, and uncrowded. You can't hear the music from town, just waves and birds during the day. We'll be back, such a special spot!!

For a stay in Nicaragua (a third world country) this was all we could ask for and more. All of the amenities listed worked, the pool was beautiful, the property was kept clean and pristine. There sheets were changed for us and toilet paper, soaps, etc were provided. Note to bring your own towels! The beach was extremely close, just a few meters to the beach. The bathroom door did stick a lot and there were bats living in the ceiling above the kitchen which provided a bit of stress due to droppings which we swept in the mornings. It is insanely beautiful and the photos do not even do justice! It is stunning! Horses on the property, birds, sun, fruit! All you need!

Adrian is an incredible host. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The house is located on the outskirts of the small town of Nagarote. It was a very calm relaxing home away from home. Adrian es un anfitrión increíble. Fue muy complaciente y muy rápido para responder cualquier pregunta. También es flexible con el horario de entrada y salida, lo que fue extremadamente útil. El lugar estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una noche. La casa está ubicada en las afueras del pequeño pueblo de Nagarote. Era un hogar muy tranquilo y relajante lejos de casa.

We really enjoyed our stay with Charles & Rosy. The cottage is cute and perfect for a couple. The kitchen is equipped with what you need (microwave, 2 burner hot plate, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, cups, plates, mini fridge, dining table.) and the AC was a welcomed addition especially after a hot day in the city. The bed was comfy and the fan above us kept us nice and cool at night. Lots of storage for your clothes, and the hot water shower was lovely. Rosy was very helpful and considerate, and Charles was extremely kind and responsive. We went for a walk around the grounds and were delighted to see fresh fruits, though not quite ripe for us to pick, but that’s okay. The gate at entry also gave us peace of mind and was very welcomed. Only note: if you’re taking a taxi, drivers have a hard time finding the place but if you wait for them outside of the compound it’s fine. 20/10. Highly recommend their place. We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic, making it a perfect getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The apartment is also conveniently located close to the city with easy access to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!✨

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft, konnten gut abschalten von dem stressigen Alltag mitten in der Natur und doch mitten im Leben von den Einheimischen. So lernt man die Kultur am besten. Zum Strand sind es nur paar Minuten, und zum unsere Frühstück Lokal (BlackPlaya) auch, ist noch leider nicht auf Google maps vermerkt aber es lohnt sich. Morgens wird man von Sonnenaufgang und Vögel zwitschern geweckt, sowie es kann sein das auch ne Kuh oder Pferde plötzlich da stehen :) Für uns war es eine tolle Abwechslung um Ruhe zu genießen. Danke:) Wir empfehlen es herzlich weiter.

Superbe environnement, magnifique vue et environ très calme. La maison est superbe et bien aménagée et très propre et les hotes sont très accueillants. Il faut penser à passer tout chercher à l'épicerie car la maison est excentrée de la ville. Les routes sont en terre donc en prendre considération mais la vue en vaut la peine!

Louise es una co- anfitriona Excepcional, he utilizado mucho esta app y ella es la mejor. Me encanto el lugar, es la playa con el amanecer mas hermosa, la bocana rodeada de manglares es divina. la Cabaña frente a la playa y tan bonito, ordenado y fresco. Amamos este lugar, volveremos, nos sentimos en casa y Louise es un ser de Luz, con mucha calidez y muy servicial, sentí que no me queria ir del lugar.Hermoso lugar, tengo que volver.

Las cabañas están en un lugar paradisiaco. Por el camino de lastre que lleva al lugar se puede ver una gran cantidad de aves y se entra en contacto directo con las actividades de las comunidades y la cultura local. Las playas enfrente de las cabañas tienen mucha privacidad. El lugar está muy bien cuidado y limpio.

This place is incredible, such amazing hosts, great little fishing village, and beautiful views. If you want to get away from the cities and stay in a simple, but beautiful, bungalow, this is your spot! I had the pleasure of being the first guest in the newly built bungalow, and I enjoyed my time there immensely. I hope I can visit again in the future!
