We had a great time at Laurence and Louis's home. This one was extremely clean, so well laid out and organized. Their very warm welcome and Laurence is so available and responsive. The house is even better than pictured A real little paradise with such kind and responsive owners

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! All amenities were available and especially for children there were many toys, water toys, changing table, a real baby bed, potty, toilet attachment, etc. The reception by Catherine was great and she showed us everything and explained it in peace. She always responded very quickly to inquiries and responded to all questions/ requests. The surroundings are very nice and especially suitable for great bike rides. The beautiful bike path "Vélodyssée / EuroVelo 1" can be reached quite quickly and leads through pine forests and past beautiful sand dunes to interesting places such as St.-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz. We especially liked the beach of Vieux-Boucai-Les-Bains. Day trips to Bordeaux and Donastia St. Sebastian are a must! Overall, we liked the stay very much and would be happy to come back! Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Alain was a very welcoming and available host. Clean, functional and spacious house for 6 adults. Quality Bedding. Very Quiet Neighborhood. If we had to give a little advice, we would add a large umbrella or an awning to fully enjoy the terrace when it's hot. We totally recommend this rental.

We had a short stay there with friends. It was great from start to finish. The place is perfect for hosting a large group and is very well-equipped. Communication with Marine was excellent, very responsive, even when we lost our car keys. We recommend it!

The house is perfectly equipped (we see that the owners live there for a good part of the year, because there is really everything you need), tidy and carefully maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. We are not too far from Hossegor and the beaches. The pool and aperitif area are perfect. Between the rental and our vacation, a pergola for the dining table and air conditioning in the parent room have been added👍. Lydia and Stéphane were very welcoming and helpful, always available to answer our questions. Thank you so much for a great week.

We had a great time at the house even though the weather was rather moderate. Even on a rainy day, it can be endured very comfortably in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and the privacy absolutely respected. All in all an absolute recommendation!

We had a great stay at Villa Julia. The place is spotless, tastefully furnished, spacious and comfortable. The garden is beautifully maintained, and decorated with taste. The swimming pool is nice and clean, and heated at 29 degrees, so we used it a lot. Overall, probably the best rental we have ever been staying in!

Villa as described. The kitchen is well equipped, the garden is fenced and the pool is very nice (and heated). Bedding is clean and comfortable. Bikes available (very convenient to go to the beach). The stay was very relaxing. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you to Emmanuelle and David for their kindness.

We had a wonderful week at Margaux's house! We enjoyed the tranquility, the property and the pool very much after a day at one of the many beaches nearby. The decor is very tasteful, kept in the style of the house. There was nothing missing. We were received in a very friendly manner and questions were answered very quickly! The place is a gem! Very nice house, tastefully decorated, we were able to enjoy a nice weekend with friends. Beautiful pool and a great terrace where it's nice to stay in the sun. Nelly and Marc are caring and caring hosts, their home located in a quiet area is lovingly maintained. Whether it's the comfort of the bedding, the untreated pool with chlorine, the layout of the spaces or the proximity to the sea and the pond of Leon, everything is there for a pleasant stay.

What a lovely location for two families with young children. The setting is tucked away in the trees but positioned so the swimming pool and lawn gets lots of sunshine. the outside covered searing area meant most of the time was spent outside and the pool being heated was excellent. cannot recommend enough. a lovely house and a 5 minute drive to Moliets beach. Aurelie was excellent at communicating and the guidance offered perfect. The host and accommodation makes for a holiday you will remember!!

Arthur is a very nice and responsive host from the time of booking. He was very welcoming on arrival with clear information about the accommodation and the outdoor environment. The house is very nice, modern, clean, bright, very nice ceiling height in the living room and the bay windows overlooking the garden are very nice. We also enjoyed the proximity to both the Basque Country (Biarritz, Biadard, Bayonne, etc.) and the Landes (Hossegor, etc.). Also, if you have children they will be delighted to benefit from many board games and toys ;-) Finally the house is located in a small very quiet village and with excellent shops (second world medal cheese maker), wine shop, baker, butcher…. In a word, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa without a second thought! Thanks again Arthur for letting us have such a pleasant stay!
