The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Quiet studio in the Beaujolaise countryside

Come and enjoy the absolute calm in the heart of the Beaujolaise countryside! This independent studio, located in a charming property, offers you a peaceful setting for your professional stays (located 15 minutes from the Enedis training center/5 minutes from the A89 exit) or a tourist getaway, while remaining easily accessible. You will reside in a space that is exclusively reserved for you, cozy, comfortable and functional with an outdoor space and private parking space as a bonus.

Moonstone

In the smallest village in the metropolis of Lyon, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100m away) like shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet area to rest and discover the charms of the old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d 'Or.

Gîte le grand chacel

Small 45 m2 house with independent flat roof, located on our property. You will find a beautiful living space including a kitchen area, dining room and living room. A separate bedroom (bed 140) as well as a large bathroom with walk-in shower, complete this set. Charming studio with garden

Drop your luggage in this flea market-style space, and set off to discover the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). Decor found at the Lyon Flea Market. Coffee, tea and herbal tea available.

Small home located on the ground floor. Parking space in enclosed garden (utility up to 2 tons). Outdoor wall outlet for car charging, with compensation. Bedroom: double bed Living room: sofa bed (on request, with extra charge) Toilet area with shower Separate toilet Nearby: fast food, pizza truck and Lyon specialties. By car, Lyon is accessible in 15 minutes; bus 86 or TER Tassin will drop you off in the heart of the city also in 15 minutes.

La Cabane "d'En Haut" – Chamelet. Beaujolais

I designed and built the tree house to offer you a dreamy break and natural poetry. Built with local and eco-friendly materials, it offers the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Outside, contemplate the view and nature that surround the place, inside, let yourself be surprised by a soft and romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is served directly at the cabin and it is possible to book a board of local products for dinner.

Quiet in a green environment, with stunning views, the location is ideal for discovering Beaujolais. Direct departure for walks, wine tastings, come and discover our beautiful villages in Pierres Dorées. We will be happy to advise you. ⚠️you should know that to access the accommodation there is an external metal staircase with calbotis steps. Avoid if you have knee problems or if your pets don't go down the steps .
