Charming village house

This charming cottage is composed of a pretty flowery outdoor courtyard that opens onto a living room and an equipped kitchen. On this floor, you will also find a bathroom, a toilet, a small bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a small office area. On the lower level overlooking the church square, you will find a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed. Sénaillac-Lauzès is located in the heart of the Causses du Quercy Regional Nature Park, as well as in the famous black triangle.

Nice cottage in the heart of nature. More than one hectare of woods and a clearing around it to enjoy the silence, the birds, and the stars. We are right on the Quercy Black Triangle. The cottage is very well equipped with very good beds. Hiking trails all around and the river is close by for swimming. Of course, there are beautiful sites at every turn. Fiber optic internet. The Annexe is a deluxe space for two to share. For your comfort and relaxation, you will benefit from a covered terrace, with table and chairs, and an open terrace with a bistro set. A private parking place is located directly outside the main doors. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot. This authentic Quercy residence combines the charm of old stones with modern comforts: 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, beautiful living spaces, enclosed courtyard, cozy barn and swimming pool in an old stone stable. The ideal base from which to discover the heritage treasures of the Lot and enjoy hiking, canoeing, cycling, farmers' markets, and gastronomy.

The Pescalerie Mill

The property includes a dwelling house built against the cliff and an unrestored mill built on a resurgence, with a pool of clear water and a beautiful waterfall. You will stay in the house which can accommodate 8 people without fear of disturbing the neighbors. The beds are distributed upstairs between a bedroom with a double bed and sink and a large bedroom equipped with 3 double beds + another double bed in the mezzanine, under the roof.

Victorine's Farm - Lot

After the restoration of the Maison de Justine located about 250 meters away and which has delighted our tenants for almost 10 years, we have just completed that of the Ferme de Victorine which consists of a main building, an annex and an independent farmhouse. As a retired farmer, I wanted to carefully restore this old farm, focusing on local craftsmen and materials. You should be seduced by the calm and tranquility of the place.

Located in the middle of the woods of the Quercy plateau, the Lagon Vert gîte offers a moment of calm and relaxation in a comfortable space. Nordic bath, petanque, home cinema on the program! A cottage built in 2021 with a large covered terrace open to nature. It consists of two bedrooms with king size beds, a 40 m² kitchen lounge, a bathroom with bathtub and dry toilet. A place that is suitable for one-night or multi-night stays.
