There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

Diagonally opposite is a small playground and within a short distance a tennis court, golf course, paddle and swimming pool as well as beautiful beaches. The different ceiling heights and intimate spaces create a charming and cozy atmosphere in the old fisherman's house. The house also has a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, where you can cook your dinner on the grill or enjoy the sunset in the evening.
